Super great place for big families to stay in, nearby there are lots of place for food. Pool table available for adults and entertainment for kids.

Good place to rest

We spent two nights here on business and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some other business centers in the city. As for the room, even though being small, but it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a business trip. However, this hotel might not suit those enjoying a family trip due to its limited room space

Check in was swift and clear, Heystay Management take initiative to show u step by step on how to check in and there is complimentary parking. Place of stay is very convenient and just 5 min drive away from all the major attractions of melaka. Rooms Are spacious, there is a pool table for entertainment. Overall not bad for a big family or 8-10pax.

It's very new, the decoration style is beautiful and grand, one suite, one bedroom with two large beds side by side, you can also put a single bed in the living room (the hotel provides soft bed mattress equipment), the community environment is good (it should be a high-end community in Malacca ), has a beautiful swimming pool, clean, tidy and comfortable, very quiet at night, you can sleep until you wake up naturally, and the price/performance ratio is very high! After check-out, luggage storage and storage services are also provided, and a WeChat group service is provided for guests in each room, which is great! Don’t worry if you don’t speak English or Malay. The Chinese customer service will always reply to your messages in the group at any time. It’s really considerate! Don’t forget to contact the hotel online in advance to check in before checking in to save time. Otherwise, like me, I thought I could log in to the front desk offline, but I was stopped by the security guard at the entrance of the community and refused to let in. In addition, the network was not good, so I spent half an hour at the entrance of the community. I had to wait until I entered the community and scanned the QR code before I could enter. Disappointing to take the children on vacation. Want to bathe in the pool, but when checking in, just informed the pool can't bathe... the kids are excited to bathe but can't bathe.. if we want to bathe, we have to cross the towpath near Bali.. plug points near the house are limited. .
