I have booked 2 rooms under my name but the reception and duty managers made my stay uncomfortable for 6 hours for their mistakes. I requested them one day before arrival to have both rooms connected or at least the same floor. But no one cares about it and they have given me 1 room in one tower and another room in another tower which totally disappointed me and i have to request many times to change my room in the same tower or the same floor. No body was there to listen it looks like I was in a third class hotel where guests who have paid too much money don't have any value. After requesting many times to the duty managers my room was changed.

We received a free upgrade from the kind hotel concierge lady upon checking in, we were so surprised and pleased by this upgrade.
From city view to partial haram view, it was amazing masha Allah!
The room was so big! The musollah was gorgeous despite the unexpected size, as I thought it would be bigger. I love the set up of the restaurant buffet, so during breakfast it feels cozy and homey but I wish there would be more variety of food like the other jabal omar hotels that we have stayed before. It could be due to their sustainability efforts so that could contribute to less food waste, I guess?
As for the location wise, walking down was easy to the haram however going back by walking up the hill after completion of umrah was quite painful. We would appreciate if the hotel provide a thorough video explanation of the shuttle bus access during check ins. But other than that, we managed to figure out the shuttle bus service and indeed they are very fast *************!
We were given late check out as requested ************* so we can maximise our prayers in the masjid as we have a late night flight.
Do take note that uber taxis does not pick up from the hotel except for Careem.
Hopefully they will open up a mall within the Address Hotel itself so that it will be easy to find lunch and dinner for our meals. We ordered dinner through room service for our first night and despite the food came an hour later, the portion size and the taste was so scrumptious and yummy! Definitely worth more to pay for the room service rather than paying for the meals at the buffet restaurant!

Generally an excellent hotel. Some staff members would still benefit from further customer service training however it’s absolutely vital that I mention and praise Mr Amro Bin Malih. An excellent Manager of the hotel who Swissotel should be proud to have.
Great approach in dealing with people and a great person in general.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
The staff were amazing—proactive, professional, and always ready to assist. The guest relations lady, in particular, was incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience and she was always available at anytime.
The rooms were spotless and very well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment.
Additionally, the hotel offers a buggy service to the Haram, which was very convenient, even though it’s just a short 3-minute walk.
Overall, this is a fantastic hotel that I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. Great service, clean facilities, and thoughtful amenities made this a memorable stay!

GGuest User2025.02.13
This hotel is next level unreal! The pictures of the rooms don't do it justice, it's way better in reality (at least in my case). We booked three rooms for 5 nights in Jan/ Feb 2025, were located in tower 3 - Al Falak Tower in rooms 708/ 6**/6**. The bathrooms were unbelievable, all stunning white marble with some super fancy design, so so amazing, the shower was so big you could fit like 7 people in there, I have never stayed in such a luxury room before. Ceilings are like 4 metres, really unbelievable. The colour palette for the room was muted greys and pastels, it looked very nice, suited the room and location. One thing that would be useful, can the hotel just install a Japanese bidet instead of a separate one, I think it's a waste installing a standalone bidet and the all-in-one bidet toilet is current technology, so it would be useful compared to the current setup (Toto toilet, etc).
Now, the sad bit. The distance from the Haram is advertised as not far, and it isn't. But the reality is it's extremely difficult to enter the haram, because of the crowds, it is just heaving. The police close off the haram to outsiders as soon as the adhaan goes, so you can't enter (be aware), and you'll have to pray outside the boundaries of the haram if you are not inside the area before the adhaan (this may be subject to change, and I cannot confirm how they arrange their opening times etc, please confirm on your own travels).
Inside the haram, there is ridiculous construction work going on, all entrances are purposefully blocked, so that huge traffic builds up (I remember 10 years ago in 2014 when I stayed at Bai Al Abraaj, you could just walk into the Ma3taf area of the haram in about 5 minutes, now it is impossible. ). I have no idea what the government is doing, but it seems to intentionally be closing off areas to stop people from entering, which is really a shame. It seems that the purpose is that you rather go to all the shops and malls outside the mall, or pray inside your hotel rather than venture out, this seems the goal of the current administration by closing off all entrances, or causing huge areas to be cordoned off so that getting in easily is impossible. I got so sick of the crowds that i ended up not wanting to go into the haram afterwards (the crowds inside are really next level crazy, they will push and drive wheelchairs up your legs and cut you - happened to me but maybe I was just unlucky).
The hotel is exceptional and so is the buffet breakfast/ dinner - breakfast is between 90 - 119riyals, and dinner is about 149 riyals. Food is amazing, but it's sad that most people pile their plates with croissants etc, don't take a bite and throw it away, such a shame. I hope the hotel can have signs up to prevent such ridiculous wastage, or at least give this food to the outside poor people.
Overlooking the Holy Mosque, 100 meters from the King Abdulaziz gate, stands Le Meridien Makkah. Its striking lobby with a stepped ceiling, exudes an ambiance of famous Arabic hospitality. The hotel features 255 guest rooms and suites elegantly decorated and furnished with well-selected rich fabrics. Makkah is the holiest place on earth for Muslims all over the world. It is the birthplace of the Prophet Muhammad pbuh and home to the Masjid Al-Haram the Holy Mosque. The Hotel Has the possibility of parking by car or bus in front of it.

Everything was very good, classic room with bathtub. The only minus was on breakfast. The hotel has 2 restaurants, international buffet (69 SR) in 21st floor while far east buffet (55 SR) in 8th floor. Unfortunatel,y the menu varian in each restaurant was very low. With these price, the menu varian on breakfast must be added

Very Good
HhcahcaThe breakfast is ok, because I have lived before, so I know it is not as good as before, the rooms are clean, and the waiters are good, but the bar is really difficult to communicate, can I study English seriously? I feel like they don’t understand if you hurry up hahaha
NNabeelIt’s a very nice hotel. Walking distance to gate 79 (10 minutes) which leads directly to the Kaaba.
There’s two towers, 1 & 2, both have a great breakfast.
There’s two restaurants in tower 2. There’s a cafe which can make birthday cake if you so wish.
There’s a nice prayer room inside the hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
BbluejadeAwesome stay. Room is clean and comfortable. We took the executive room for 4 pax and the room is spacious. The hotel interior is stunning. The bathroom was beautiful. The breakfast buffet offers international and middle east food. Everything is good but if anything need to be improved will be the reception staff. It be good if they can be more welcoming. The staff however at concierge is excellent. They went extra mile to assist guests. Will come bk.
IIbrahiim MTruly 5 star services. We had an amazing stay. Room was spacious and could view Masjid Al Haram. Breakfast was also excellent. If you ever stay here, please make sure you look for Mahmoud Saleh at the restaurant, he made our experience during the breakfasts worthwhile
SShamunThe hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat without sacrificing the convenience of being close to the haram, The combination of luxurious amenities, attentive staff, and a beautiful atmosphere made for a memorable stay. I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it to others seeking comfort and style. because of ongoing works near haram road was closed car can’t go on that road. Overall excellent experience 👍
GGuest User- Overall experience is very good.
- Service was excellent.
- Facilities: parking is good with reasonable fees, shuttle bus was not available for all the needed times.
- Food was ok but not tasty.
- Partial Haram view was not as expected, actually it is a construction site (see photo)
GGuest UserLocation is perrrrrfect!!! Right at the entrance of the door that leads to mataf. Or the ramp that goes up to 2nd floor at haram for families with pram. There are lots of lifts too serving the hotel guests making it easy to go down during peak period.
The hotel musolla also comes in handy esp when haram is full to accept last min Jemaah. The musolla offers an easy option to pray in congregation with the haram imam without needing to be directly in haram.
Would return here inshaAllah!
MMrFreebee007The check-in clerk is a fantastic man, a larger than life character (forgive me, as I cannot remember his name). He brightened up a couple of weary travellers. He should be made an example of for the rest of the staff to follow in terms of how to treat customers. Please reward him for his fantastic attitude.
As for the hotel, we were pleasently surprised at what we found. nice clean room, with all the facilities we needed.
The only issue we found was that the in-room dining food was quite terrrible. Did not enjoy that at all.
Buffet dinner in the restaurant was good though.
AAnonymous UserComfortable accommodation at an affordable price. A preferred hotel for performing Umrah, even though it’s a bit farther away, it provides a free shuttle service every 10 minutes to Masjid al-Haram. Suitable for young people looking to experience performing Umrah independently. A peaceful atmosphere with excellent service.
