A Decent Stay I recently stayed at the hotel and overall, my experience was quite average. The room was clean and adequately furnished, but nothing stood out as exceptional. The staff was not so friendly and responsive to requests, though not overly accommodating. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. On the downside, the amenities were standard, and the breakfast offered limited options. While it wasn't a remarkable stay, it also didn't disappoint.

Hotel good but I was expecting a better breakfast where beef , fish , chicken would be offered, and not just sausage. The Hilton and Doubletree in south east Asia are much better in terms of choice and meat/chicken availability : rendang, roasted chicken , steamed fish etc. Also , too much salt are found in many meals, that is so sad. Stop putting excess salt , customers can always add more themselves. WiFi could be much better to connect and having decent speed. I had to complaint about it and was given a code. I came for my umrah , so spiritually I was my too much affected for being in a double tree that has drop its standard I used to in other double tree and Hilton hotels. Also a razor could not be provided , unlike many other hotels that provided me one.

Comfortable hotel. Near Masjid Al-Rajhi. Location of the hotel is inside the Haram boundary. A lot of amenities nearby including Danube Supermarket. Shuttle to the Haram is on an hourly basis but sometimes a little bit unreliable.

Hotel is worth for the price. It is located too far from the Haram. They provdie shuttle bus, but it's not much reliable. You need to walk 15-20 mins to get to haram from the place they drop off. It is worse when it is busier. I wouldn't prefer this hotel next time because of the location and how hard it is to get to the haram. Also, return bus after Isha could be too crowded and you may not get a chance to get in to the bus. There is not much restaurants nearby the hotel. You can either eat from haram or from the hotel.
