Makati Hotels with Airport pickup service

I stayed here for three nights and it was really nice, lovely room and very helpful staff nothing was a problem to them all. I left after three days to go to Boracay for five days but then returned again to a really nice room , this time I went up to the roof top in the morning with my coffee but also after I returned at night with a glass of wine. The views are amazing from up on the roof ,Very safe and very quiet , again the staff are always polite I also got my laundry done which was a great service your bag of laundry gets piked up by 10am and brought back washed and ironed by 5pm brilliant! The Greenbelt Mall is just across the road , the 7/11 is next door for any supplies you might need , defenently recommend The Charter House

The room was a little cold but they adjusted and it felt much better. Excellent service they are fast to respond when I left my charger in the room. Location is amazing. Food is excellent. Do note breakfast area has dress code does not allow singlets

The condo hotel has a great location near shopping & business district. The condotel itself is old and tired looking. The room was basic, clean, functional but the towels were old & worn. Thankfully the AC & fridge worked well. As in all hotels I’ve been too in the Philippines, the staff was courteous, friendly & helpful. There’s visible security staff always present at the small lobby which I thought was unusual for a no frills condotel. Overall, I would recommend Princess Plaza as a good value if you’re looking for a no-frills, functional room close to the shopping centers.

This hotel gave a tip top services from the staffs with clean n big room. They are very polite and helpful. Verities of breakfast n free flow of non alcohol drinks served at the lounge. Location is very good with many mall surrounding the area. Makati is very safe area to walk around. I'm so happy through out my stay & definitely will choose this hotel again.

We booked to stay here for Christmas. We chose it for its close proximity to Greenbelt malls. I booked 3 rooms and asked for the rooms to be adjoining but the best they managed to do was that we were all on the same floor. It was a busy period so this is understandable. There are many other places to stay in the area which are cheaper and if we ever stay in a hotel for Christmas again, we will seek cheaper accommodation because we were hardly in our room. The breakfast had fantastic selection. Staff were lovely and we appreciated that they also employed staff who are hard of hearing–– they opened the door for us and were prepared with a list of places guests might want to go to so that they can direct. The staff here are so incredibly kind and accommodating. When we first checked in they told us they upgraded us to a bigger room which was a nice surprise! Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working so we let them know and they upgraded us to an even BIGGER room! A whole presidential suite that had a living room, bathroom with a tub, and a huge bedroom with a smart TV. We had a special stay for sure and the room was clean and well kept. Breakfast is also quite generous with several choices for food. All in all, would come back for the staff and the hotel upkeep. Special shout out to Ms. Karisse, Amylee, Honey, Pauline, Ralph, and Darwin for an unforgettable experience!

We had a 4-day stay at this hotel prior to departing for Europe. I can say that this hotel is a hidden gem and so well located and virtually across the road from Greenbelt 3. The location is one of the best in this area. It may not be 5 star and only lacks a pool but the service, rooms and staff are all 5 star. An exceptional hotel. Rooms are furnised and decorated to a 5 star standard. I have stayed at several 5 star hotels in the area and this is at less than half their price if booked via third party booking sites and their rooms are very well appointed and clean. Excellent value for this area. Bathroom could be updated but it was large clean and functional. Dont be put off by the busy room as we requested a courtyard room away from the street and it was exceptionally quiet. Roa d facing rooms are double-glazed anyway. The included breakfast is plated and either a Filipino or Western Breakfast can be closen. This can also be delivered to your room if requested. They have a rooftop where you can get some good views of the Makati skyline. The staff were their asset as all from the staff from cleaning staff, security to reception were friendly and accomodating. Being a smaller boutique hotel the staff gave you a more personal experience and got to know you and made it feel like home. We were sad to leave.

Booked Deluxe Suite and Horizon Club rooms, both rooms with access to Horizon club lounge. It was my mom 78th birthday, Mini cake and some freebies were in the room when we got in. Ms Rose from reservation/front desk was very accommodating and very patient to our requests and last minute changes. The horizon club lounge food and services offer to privilege guests were overflowing and mouthwatering. Ms Jean, the Manager and Ms Sandra were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The staff, namely JD, Argel, Jazz were polite and friendly. Chef Russel from Circles Cafe served us tasty omelet, spiral sausage and slice ham. Several food options breakfast hall. It’s was a great stay at Makati Shangrila.

To celebrate my resignstion at work, we booked at this hotel. Accomodating staff! From the moment we check-in the receptionist is hospitable and insisted if we want something to drink. Everyone is polite to cater our needs. Breakfast had a decent selection and was fulfilling. One thing I noticed tho, the lampshade was not dusted thoroughly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Location was awesom and my sleep was perfect becos it was quiet at night without disturbance in the neighbourhood
