My room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding that made for a restful sleep. The amenities were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. The hotel’s location was ideal, providing easy access to Makati City’s bar, shopping centre and parks Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! The hotel location was great! Infront is greenbelt and walking distance from Glorietta. Everything is within easy access. The food in the hotel was varied. We went for the buffet dinner and breakfast the next day. We enjoyed our stay.❤️

Food was excellent, service also excellent, room are clean only the pillows are very soft , bed is perfect , location is close to the shops , also the people are very accomodating n friendly

My first trip to MNL loved the central location with greenery around, the staff all went out of their way to please us. Minor issues with tv remote control were quickly resolved. My only side comment is that the property could do more for the environment by: putting some solar panels on the roof, filtering the chimney smoke coming out, on roof. Also in this day and age plastic pet bottles could easily be replace by local glass bottles and a small sign in the room asking guests to place towels in bathtub in case they shoul be laundered is something we all appreciate - our towels were changed daily- I forgot to make a sign for housekeeping team! But overall wonderful experience your lobby is fabulous and what a vibe anytime congratulations ! We will be back certainly! Robert & Busaba from Phuket.

The place was quite good. However, the ceiling fan should be checked always as it gave us anxiety because of the noise as well as their AC.

Sitting in the lobby of this hotel felt like watching a movie, as I observed people coming and going from the elevator. The location is fantastic—close to a variety of restaurants and shopping malls. I'll definitely stay here again! Friendly staff . Went for a massage and tried this ear candle . Food at breakfast was yummy

Except for the hotel transfer which was a catastrophe, we can recommend this hotel. We were staying in a room with a separate bed and living room. We almost did not go outside for lunch and dinner. Mistro on the 35th floor offered superb views and nice dishes except few we did not really like (maybe different taste). The staff, starting from cleaning ladies to the waitresses and managers are friendly and really caring about their services. We can recommend this hotel compared to Hilton where we had bad experiences and Seda Residence is offering more value than Hilton.

The hotel overall provided a good experience, with cleanliness meeting standard expectations. However, given its 5-star rating, the amenities offered were not particularly impressive for the price point and felt rather basic. On a positive note, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. One area for improvement would be the corridor lighting on the floor I stayed on, which was dim and could benefit from replacements to enhance the ambiance.

Smell of the hotel, elevator and the rooms are off. Its like a combination of sewage smell in certain areas. Chemical solution / old water in areas. Mold / Moist cloth that hasnt dried out properly in certain areas. Breakfast was meh, not refilled even when there is an hour left of breaky. Gym was okay , got your dumbbells and a multipurpose machine and some cardio . 24/7 gym access. There is a sauna if you want and a shower. Location close to food and grocery. Depends on who is working you will get the friendly and helpful employees and some days you get the ones that are not. Below was our view of our room.
