Location is perfect..the St.James station is about 5 min walk only..shops are all around the hotel. The breakfast spread was good but one thing they should improve is they should have more Halal options available.

Nice hotel and best view

Excellent service, food. The pool was great, too. Excellent breakfast buffet. The seafood buffet was overpriced compared to the food options they had, but otherwise a very comfortable and happy stay in the hotel.

Environment: Very comfortable, by the beach, the overall style is typical of Sheraton Resort Hotel, you can refer to Sheraton Sanya, which is basically the same. There are palm trees and a big tree on the path from the hotel to the beach, which is very photogenic. Hygiene: Very, very clean, impeccable. Service: Marriott Hotel Group's service is also impeccable, it can be said to be comprehensive and comprehensive. Facilities: The breakfast restaurant is great, with both scenery and delicious food; the swimming pool is open from sunrise to sunset, and there are bath towels and other service supplies by the pool, which is very meticulous. The only drawback is that the hotel is a little far from Surfers Paradise, it is an independent existence, relatively not so lively and convenient. But there are many restaurants in the mall across the overpass from the hotel, and the products are very good.

We decided to stay at the Sheraton Mirage Hotel for the last night of our trip with high expectations. The hotel we entered with high expectations of being a 5-star luxury hotel was a mess. The smell of a tattered carpet greeted us, and we could see dust with our own eyes as if it hadn’t been cleaned for months. I was so angry, but my husband, who could communicate in English, couldn’t stand the allergies that were rising all over his body as he waited for me to come out after washing, so he ran to the desk and showed me photos of the skin troubles on his body. Fortunately, with the help of a staff member who spoke Korean fluently, we were able to change rooms for the time being, and instead of apologizing, he gave me a drink voucher, which helped me calm down. However, I’m still angry when I think about the poor management of a 5-star hotel that I can’t understand. It was the off-season, and there was a room that could have been changed right away… and it wasn’t a regular room, but a room with a good view that I had paid an additional fee to choose, but they assigned me this room… I think they should clean it properly before promoting it as a 5-star luxury hotel. Of the 4 accommodations I stayed at during my 9-night, 10-day trip to Australia, this was the most incomprehensible and worst hotel.

Poor, broken, slept allergic for a night, air conditioning does not work, will not stay again.

The facilities are old, but the quality is as you would expect from Sheraton. However, there were times when the room wasn't cleaned even though I asked for it, and the communication was not good. It would be better if there were more Japanese front desk staff.

The room decoration and facilities are very old. The restaurant tastes good and the service is good, but the front desk phone is always unreachable.

The hotel has direct access to the beach, it is clean and sparsely populated. The public swimming pool has a holiday feel, but the facilities are indeed a bit old. The seafood buffet dinner tastes good, but the price/performance ratio is not very high
