Although the reception staff was impeccable in exchanging a room with a bathtub, as requested at the time of booking, it only had small towels - the large bath towels were missing. Bathtub faucet leaking heavily, with water spraying everywhere. At 9am, construction work was underway in a hotel room on the same floor, and it seemed like they were in the same room, such was the noise. One observation: the receptionist wanted to know how it went, so I mentioned what had happened, and in response I received: "It will be better next time...!"

Good hotel and good room. We were attended to by a girl who was there on the afternoon of 08/03 but unfortunately I don't know what Her name. A great receptionist, we were very well looked after and in a great room (309).

Great hotel. I had a lovely stay.. the room was clean.. breakfast was awesome.. and for just 19.90€ the dinner was good and tasty too.. and with a plus cause the metro is just round the corner.. So to the airport and to Porto is just a few meters away..

Given a room full of Bugs and had to switch. The room we switched to had its washbasin fall off while brushing our teeth. One of the chairs broke when sat upon with our grandson. But the staff were excellent . The afforded all the courtesy possible.

What a pathetic excuse for a hotel! It might have been a 4 star hotel back in the days when it was new, but this is what happens if you don't invest in renovation and skilled personnel. Due to a double booking in the hotel I regularly visit I ended here. The lady at the reception "welcomes me back" at my check in, although I visited the hotel never before. I never had such a fake and impersonal experience before. The rooms are outdated, the furniture is broken, the carpet is totally worn out and smells really bad. Shower and bathroom aren't clean. Breakfast is nothing special: dry bread, overcooked egg, watery coffee and a waitress with an attitude. This was a once in my lifetime, I'd never go back to this place.

We were here on a business trip. We booked 5 rooms. On arrival very late afternoon, 3 rooms were not ready. Unidentified problems, no further explanation. In none of the rooms the window could be opened. And, no proper ventilation, imagine the smell... Mould in bathroom in one chamber. Everything outdated. Some staff were friendly and helpful

In general it's horrible!!!! But what has shocked me and I've never heard of is... the air conditioning doesn't work in the room and the window can't be opened unless you sign a responsibility form and then they give you a key to open it and you still have to pay 20 euros deposit until you return the key... is it a hotel or a hospital or a prison... I don't understand... why you have to sign and pay to open the window of a room where the air conditioning doesn't work... 4 stars?????

Hotel in very poor condition, with torn carpets, torn curtains, very worn and poorly maintained cupboards, chairs full of hair, lack of cleaning under the beds, clogged sink and on top of that the reservation, already paid for, did not go through because they had made the wrong room.
