We have been downgraded as the room we booked is not available! However, the hotel made it up for us by providing a free half board option with another room to our very late check out.

The room is super nice, very close to the beach, with pleasant scenery, especially the small terrace with a great view. Both the elderly and children like it very much. It is an ideal choice for vacation. The front desk service is very good and very enthusiastic. The buffet is great for both breakfast and dinner!

The facilities are old and the safety is worrying. It was too late when I checked in and I forgot to lock up my handbag separately. When I came back the next day, I found that several hundred dollars were missing. I explained it to the front desk, security personnel, hotel manager, and the general security director separately. Finally, after investigation, they said that the cleaning staff had been working for four years and there was no problem. It was left unresolved. Forget it. I was too lazy to call the police and didn't want to waste time and affect my mood. I will keep valuables in the future and will never live here again.
