The place nearby to alun alun at city center. Breakfast very bad Room clean but no windows attach

Bed sheet is clean but itchy. Don't know why. The staffs were friendly.

I stayed at Hotel ahava for 1 night and overall my experience was very pleasant. The location is strategic, close to the city center and tourist attractions. The check-in process was fast and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with complete facilities such as AC, TV, and water heater for tea/coffee. The bed was soft and the bathroom was also kept clean. Wifi is available throughout the hotel and the connection is quite stable. The breakfast was varied and tasted good, although the dining room was a bit crowded on weekends. Additional facilities such as the swimming pool and gym are also quite good for a hotel of this class. The only downside is that the noise from outside the room is a little audible, especially if there are noisy guests in the hallway. But overall, I was satisfied and will most likely stay here again if I visit again.

The sanitation needs to be improved. There are spider webs and geckos in the room. It's scary to look at.

For the service facilities of the Ahava Suite class hotel, according to the price offered, it is quite comfortable, the breakfast food arrives on time and the food is quite tasty.

The bathroom is not clean, the bedside lamp is broken, needs repair.

Cleanliness is lacking, the floor is very dirty, blankets and towels have stains Food is so-so Receptionist is not very friendly

Strategic location, the room has a Tomcat animal, maybe it needs to be cleaned more regularly, so far it's really good for a holiday, only the room isn't soundproof hehe

It's close to where you want to go, the facilities and service are ok. Next time I want to come back here again hehe...
