This hotel is extremely disappointing and does not deliver on basic expectations. Google Map pictures are fake. Actual hotel is not the same as you see in Google Map. Check-in is restricted to an inconvenient time of 10:30 PM, which is highly impractical. The rooms are dimly lit, cramped, and uninviting. Additionally, the elevator feels outdated and unsafe, adding to an overall sense of unease. I strongly advise against staying here.

In the heart of the city center of Madrid, this is indeed a family hotel, not a hotel. The room is very small, only about 6-7 square meters. In such a small area, there is an open bathroom, shower room and a single bed. If it's not an improvised overnight stay, don't make that choice. There are Chinese restaurants and hot pot restaurants around.
