The location was great, and staff are really helpful

I originally booked the most ordinary room. After arriving at the hotel, they upgraded me to a suite for free. It has a separate lobby, cloakroom, toilet and room. It was a pleasant surprise. They don't have many breakfast options, but the taste is good. I especially recommend trying the Spanish fried dough sticks with hot chocolate sauce. It's delicious. In addition, as expected, Spanish ham is very famous. The ham for breakfast is the type I like. It's not greasy, but delicious and fragrant. There is a bus 2 minutes walk from the hotel entrance. The bus can be paid by credit card, which is very convenient.

The two employees who checked me in at 04.10 in the afternoon were racist. I have stayed in this hotel twice. The first time I stayed there, the experience was pretty good. They upgraded our room. This time, it was a young employee wearing glasses. When I asked for slippers and toothbrushes when I checked in, they told me that the hotel does not provide them now because of the new regulations. I didn't believe it, so I asked for them through Ctrip customer service, and the front desk sent them to me a few minutes later, haha. It proves that the platform is still very important for hotels. But such hotels are not recommended for Chinese people to stay in.

The hotel is in a good location, just a three-minute walk from the subway station. The lobby is spacious and the front desk staff is friendly. Overall, I would rate it 80 points. There are also many fast food restaurants nearby.

The room was clean and the price/performance ratio was OK. However, the room we stayed in, Room 1205, had no hot water at night. In Europe, complaints are often resolved very slowly. This was not a good experience.
