It's a nice simple hotel with very friendly staff, well located in the city, and there are lots of nice small restaurants around.

Heating didn’t work and a little old

The hotel is nice and in a good location. There are subways and buses nearby. It is not far from the train station, so it is convenient to travel. The breakfast is good with many varieties, especially various sausages and cheeses.

The location is excellent, it is in the city center, less than 2 kilometers away from the Bernabeu Stadium; the breakfast is good; the rooms are good, but the shower water in two rooms is sometimes hot and sometimes cold; there is a paid parking lot in the hotel, which is not bad.

The room is small, and foreigners are very environmentally friendly, so there are no disposable utensils, not even bottled mineral water. I can only pour a glass of ice-cold orange water in the lobby on the first floor when I go out the next morning. Breakfast is a typical western breakfast. Close to Chamartin train station. It took almost half an hour to walk to El Corte Inglés department store.

Opposite the hotel is the bus and subway station, which is very convenient for travel and has a good geographical location.

The handsome guy at the front desk checked me in. I couldn't understand Spanish so I briefly communicated in English. It was extremely embarrassing at the time. The location is excellent. If you are not in a hurry, you can visit the surrounding places to eat and drink. It was also very quiet at night🤫, and I had a good sleep. But since the time hadn’t changed yet, I woke up at around 5 a.m. 😂 Hotels in Europe don’t provide disposable slippers and toothbrushes, so you have to bring them yourself. In fact, I think this is very environmentally friendly and worth recommending!

Good hotel for anyone going to something in Chamartín or Castellana. It doesn't have great luxuries in terms of facilities, but it is very comfortable, and the rooms have everything you need to rest without problems. There is a good quality price relation.

The room is spacious and clean. The location is good. Free lemonade is provided on the first floor. It is a 10-minute walk from the chamartin train station.

The room is a bit old, but the location is great. I felt that the security was not very good at night. I met a man with a Middle Eastern face who sat in the darkness of the lobby for a long time, not knowing what he wanted to do.

The water in the shower head is a bit small, and it's a bit hot and cold. Everything else is good, there is an elevator, and the breakfast is good. It is very close to Madrid's train station, about 12 minutes' walk. 

Very clean and hygienic, breakfast is Western food, the only ones suitable for Chinese people are fried dough sticks and fruits, haha😊
