The hotel is located in a small lane and taxi can't go in, the driver didn't know the hotel and couldn't find it, he dropped me off nearby and I had to ask around and it took me 15 mins to walk and found it.
The room is small and with moldy smells when opening the door, it took a while to go off after turning on the Aircon, the toilet size is Ok and clean, the bed is comfortable for me, the window view can see opposite houses about 3m away only.
The wall socket is similar to Hong Kong UK 3-Pin type but the Kettle and Hairdryer are China's Plug, so need adapter and you can borrow it from the Reception.
I wonder why they put a flower pot under the Hanging clothes area? It may easily fall down when I hang my clothes but luckily it's glued so no problem.
The surrounding has many local foods and shops and Shopping Mall nearby.
Overall, this is the first time I stayed in a small hotel hide in a small lane and Taxi can't reach it, I check-out next day is a rainy morning, I have to pull a big luggage with a gift items bag and walk under the rain for 50m to wait for a Taxi at roadside, luckily bought a small umbrella with me but still half wet when getting on board a Taxi.

Outstanding
GGuest UserWe stayed during Easter long weekend. Did we expect it to be busy? Yes. Were there lots of people? Yes. We checked in early 2pm with the reception, and insisting a room would be ready within the next 2 hours (1 hour after the 3pm check-in time).
We did not receive a text informing us of our room number so we went back to reception to ask if our room was ready only to find out that we had to join the massively long line queue again to find out what our room number was. We did not receive our room until almost 5pm. The text informing us of our room number was only received at 8.11pm To top it off, if you wanted to eat breakfast at Le Buffet, join the queue at 9am.
In addition to this, I am not sure the toilet and other areas of our room were not cleaned properly. Just not the quality and service I was expecting for paying close to $600AUD per night. I am not sure we would stay here again.
GGuest UserOverall, it was a nice hotel, but I was a bit disappointed that my room wasn't ready when I arrived at 5 PM. I had to wait in the lobby for over 20 minutes while it was being prepared. On a positive note, the room setup was pleasant, and the room service was excellent. However, I did encounter another issue: the toilet was blocked, and I had to call a technician to fix it at 3 AM.
GGuest UserYou can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.
GGuest UserI stayed here for the first time with my mother and daughter to celebrate my mother’s birthday month. First I was greeted by a door man who was very friendly! The check in line was a bit long and chaotic but once I got my turn, I was impressed by Brandon, the receptionist, who was so efficient, effective and helpful. He also heard about me celebrating with my mother and he upgraded us to special room with massive balcony. I admit I was teary eyed with this kind gestures. The staff during the breakfast time was friendly and gave us the seat with nice view. Concierge staff on the phone was so helpful and we got help with wheelchair. Staff for cloack room were all so kind and my mother was so happy and she said it was the best hotel experience she had so far. Thank you W !
SS brielle chooThe location is superb! There's a super famous dessert store right beneath. The bus stops right in front of the hotel as well, with buses to go to the airport and ferry terminal, as well as the casinos. Highly recommended! A lot of good food nearby too. The rooms are not too shabby, quite modern. No smell of paint or whatsoever like the other reviews. I guess because how the hotel is more or less well-settled through the renovation phase earlier. Very accessible, good for single pax concert goers. That's why I booked it here! Will stay here again.
GGuest UserThe location is far from the tourist attractions, but the hotel is attached with a mall and recreation area, so you can enjoy your time without meeting the crowd. A bus stop is nearby and also a shuttle service is provided by Grand lisboa palace resort, followed by 10 minutes walk from the get-off point to the hotel
AAdventurous Horse RiderThe room was as described. However, the check in wasn’t very smooth. We booked the room two days before going, and the hotel said they haven’t received the order from trip‘s partner party, so we waited for half an hour or more until the hotel confirmed with Trip.com. Fortunately the assistant in Trip was polite and helpful and agreed to make some reimbursement with trip coins.
GGuest UserThis room provides a comfortable and functional stay for solo travelers. While space is somewhat limited, the room is well-equipped with a working desk and a television offering a variety of channels. A standout feature was the bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Macau. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby dining options, a train station, and a bus stop, making travel around the area simple and efficient. Overall, a good choice for solo travelers seeking a convenient and comfortable base for their Macau trip.
GGuest UserNot enough check in/out counters. We ordered an extra bed room and need to request setup and supplies after check-in. Breakfast selection was limited and mostly cold food served, and the noodle bar could be more flexible to accommodate guest needs. Perhaps consider offering bacon as a start. Surprised a 5-star hotel doesn't have English movie channels. The 5/F dim sum restaurant was good. The staff were generally friendly.
GGuest UserI arrived at 1300 hours, but the room was only available at 1500 hours. We requested a late check-out but were only allowed to stay until 1200 hours the next day. I even received a reminder phone call at 1155 hours, which seemed like they were urgently pushing me to leave
