Make yourself at home in one of the 17 air-conditioned guestrooms. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available to keep you connected. Private bathrooms with showers feature complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. Conveniences include desks, and housekeeping is provided daily.
The location is excellent. Right downstairs, you'll find a dessert shop (Yangzhi Jinlao) and a spicy noodle shop (Suan La Fen). Dino and Xilian Cafe are about a 20-30 minute walk away, but there's a direct bus route available. The hotel entrance isn't grand, but it's easy to spot. Check-in is on the 4th floor. Upon entering the ground floor, there was a noticeable chemical smell, possibly formaldehyde, which might be due to ongoing renovations nearby.
**Environment:** The ambiance was quite good. I forgot to take photos of the room, but it seemed decent overall. I did take pictures of the check-in lobby, which looked clean and tidy.
**Service:** Service was good. If you needed anything, a call to the front desk would have housekeeping promptly deliver items to your room. However, takeout deliveries had to be picked up from the ground floor as delivery to rooms wasn't possible; card access is required for floors above the 4th.
**Cleanliness:** For those who are particular about cleanliness, it might fall a bit short. The bathroom had visibly yellowing corners and edges, indicating it wasn't as clean as expected. This was quite disappointing, especially since I chose this hotel because it was advertised as a new establishment in 2024.
**Facilities:** Most facilities were fine. The main issue was the hot water: it took a while to come on, and when it did, it was extremely hot. Adjusting it was very tricky; even with significant adjustments, it would fluctuate wildly between scalding hot and freezing cold throughout the shower. Another point was the toilet. While not a smart toilet, which isn't a major concern, the flushing sound was incredibly loud – loud enough to wake someone up.
Overall, the experience was still positive. The hotel offers luggage storage, can help arrange taxis, and the service was very prompt. One final note: while the room photos (like the last one) showed bathrobes, there weren't any in my room. I specifically inquired at the front desk and was informed they don't provide them. 🙂

CCaren**5-Star Hotel Review: The Grand Luxe Hotel**
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had an amazing stay at The Studio City Hotel! The lobby was beautiful, and the staff welcomed me with smiles and sweet popcorn snacks.
Our room was comfy and stylish, with a great view of the water park. I loved the spacious twin beds where my kids and I slept.
Dining was a delight! The restaurant had a fantastic menu, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight with fresh fruits and pastries.
The Water Park was amazing! Though a little bit pricey, my kids enjoyed everything. The hotel's location was perfect for shopping and sightseeing.
Overall, The Studio City Hotel provided an outstanding experience with excellent service. I can't wait to return!
JJennifer NgoWe had a wonderful stay at The Parisian Macao! The Eiffel Tower replica is stunning, especially at night when it lights up. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The hotel is directly connected to shops and restaurants, so everything is very convenient.
FFUNG HSThe overall experience is good as being a L'occitane's fans.
Love the atmosphere here and the service are great.
The nearby shopping mall that connected with the hotel provide another entertainment area.
Will come to visit here again!
MMimi1925We stayed at the higher floor and gave us a really good view of the hotel. All my request for my family was accomodate to my liking. The place was clean and pleasant.
The staffs are friendly specially Edward who helped us since day 1.
I would highly recommend this place specially if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay. 👍👍👍
CCC TourThis hotel is right next to the Jai Alai Hotel. From Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, it only takes a few minutes to walk here, so not having a good view isn't a big deal—it's really convenient. Although they're currently renovating the exterior, and it can be a bit noisy during the day because they’re working next door, it’s not a problem if you’re out exploring during the day. Also, this hotel has an indoor pool. It's not huge, but you don't have to worry about the weather affecting it, which is a nice bonus! Another thing is that this hotel is very close to the Racing Museum, making it super convenient to visit. It's suitable for both adults and kids, so it's definitely worth a trip!
SSiew KiatReasonably priced at good location on Macau side. Amole taxis available at the driveway of the hotel. Good Cha Chan Tang located in the lobby offering assorted noodles, rice and bread for breakfast, tea, lunch and dinner. Many entries and shops around the hotel location. So everything is walking distance.
AANN NJERIUnacceptable Treatment: Stranded Until 2 AM and Subjected to Discrimination
Rating: [★☆☆☆☆ - 1 Star]
To the Management of Victoria Hotel Macau,
I am writing this review to detail the profoundly disappointing and discriminatory treatment I received on 25/08/2025. What should have been a smooth check-in process turned into one of the worst travel experiences of my life due to the unprofessional and bigoted behavior of your staff.
The core issue began with a dispute between the hotel and its Chinese counterparts. While I understand that internal business issues can occur, it is absolutely unacceptable to make a paying guest the victim of those disputes. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was refused check-in and left stranded in the lobby until 2:00 AM while this internal matter was resolved. No viable solution, such as arranging a room at a partner hotel, was offered. I was simply told to wait indefinitelyHowever, the most egregious part of the night was not the wait itself, but the conduct of your staff.
During this prolonged wait, I was subjected to blatant discrimination and racism. Several staff members engaged in unprofessional behavior that included:
Mockery and Derisive Comments: I clearly heard staff members murmuring, making jokes, and laughing at my expense. This was not subtle; it was overt and meant to be heard.
Beckoning and Dismissive Gestures: I was treated with utter contempt, beckoned in a manner one would use for an animal, rather than addressed with the basic respect any human being deserves.Creating a Hostile Environment: The collective behavior of the team on duty created an environment of intimidation and othering. I felt targeted and humiliated because of my race/nationality.
A hotel's duty is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. Victoria Hotel Macau failed in this most fundamental obligation. The staff displayed a shocking lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic human decency.
This was not a simple service failure; it was a complete breakdown of ethics and hospitality. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and have never been made to feel so disrespected and unwelcome.
I strongly caution anyone considering this hotel, especially international travelers of color, to be aware of the potential for racist treatment and unprofessionalism.
Note to Management: This review has been shared on multiple platforms. i expecte response from management addressing the specific behavior of your staff on the night of 26/08/2025 . This incident requires more than an apology; it requires mandatory anti-discrimination and customer service training for your entire team.
