The location is superb! There's a super famous dessert store right beneath. The bus stops right in front of the hotel as well, with buses to go to the airport and ferry terminal, as well as the casinos. Highly recommended! A lot of good food nearby too. The rooms are not too shabby, quite modern. No smell of paint or whatsoever like the other reviews. I guess because how the hotel is more or less well-settled through the renovation phase earlier. Very accessible, good for single pax concert goers. That's why I booked it here! Will stay here again.

Outstanding
OOksana T.The Macao Parisian Hotel left an exceptionally pleasant impression! The service deserves the highest rating - service at the level of 5 points, the staff is attentive and polite. Breakfasts are varied and delicious, everyone will find a dish to their liking. Particular pleasure is given by the beautiful view from the pool to the Eiffel Tower, creating a romantic mood. For families with children, there is a play area with children's slides, which makes staying comfortable even with little ones. The location of the hotel is excellent.
GGuest UserGreat overall experience. The amenities were great. Excellent accomodate and space for kids; the staff were very helpful and friendly. Free popcorn in the lobby and also free drinks and snack in the room. Shuttle bus available to and from the ports.
GGuest UserYou can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.
AAnonymous UserMy husband and I went there to celebrate our anniversary. I emailed the hotel days before asking for restaurant recommendations nearby. They gave us several options and helped us made reservations that was very warming. The hotel stuff were nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. The hotel is quite near the shuttle bus lobby for downtown. High recommended and will definitely go again💕
SSara ArdeliaWe loved our extraordinarily large room with separate living and bedroom and the lovely scent. Despite its quite minimum lighting, overall we enjoyed our experiences along with its l’occitane amenities. Some people complain about its location being too far from most other sites with limited shuttle options, but we found it quite convenient after knowing that we managed to use Grand Lisboa Palace shuttle services. The shopping mall connected to the hotel was also a reliable option. Our room came with an afternoon tea set which was great though the service could have been better about the tea and drink included.
TTKKimThe hotel is really good with awesome service and large room. It is clean as well.
For the one who wants the close hotel to casinos, this hotel might be a bit far from the cotai main street full of casinos. But, there is a shuttle bus and if u r a passionate walker, it is actually walkable (I did that). If u want a hotel that is on the Taipa island but comparatively cheaper one, this will be a good choice.
MMoro WingsThis hotel is really out of my expectation, value for money, neat and clean, good service.... just the location is not convenience enough but it's not a big deal to me. I also like the Taichi exhibition there.
GGuest UserThis room provides a comfortable and functional stay for solo travelers. While space is somewhat limited, the room is well-equipped with a working desk and a television offering a variety of channels. A standout feature was the bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Macau. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby dining options, a train station, and a bus stop, making travel around the area simple and efficient. Overall, a good choice for solo travelers seeking a convenient and comfortable base for their Macau trip.
GGuest UserNot enough check in/out counters. We ordered an extra bed room and need to request setup and supplies after check-in. Breakfast selection was limited and mostly cold food served, and the noodle bar could be more flexible to accommodate guest needs. Perhaps consider offering bacon as a start. Surprised a 5-star hotel doesn't have English movie channels. The 5/F dim sum restaurant was good. The staff were generally friendly.
