AAnonymous UserJust back from a fantastic short trip to Macau Studio City! We stayed for one night and had an amazing time at the water park. The attractions were thrilling, and the atmosphere was vibrant. It was the perfect getaway for our family, filled with laughter and unforgettable memories. Can’t wait to visit again!
JJennifer NgoWe had a wonderful stay at The Parisian Macao! The Eiffel Tower replica is stunning, especially at night when it lights up. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The hotel is directly connected to shops and restaurants, so everything is very convenient.
GGuest UserI had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel! I brought my parents along, and the hotel generously gave us a free upgrade to a suite. The staff, especially Jonas, was incredibly friendly and the service was perfectly arranged.
The hotel facilities are top-notch and fully equipped. There’s even a trendy tea shop and an ice cream store that kids will absolutely love. My whole family—from the little ones to the grandparents—had a fantastic time enjoying all the amenities.
This is truly a highly recommended hotel, and we’ll definitely come back again to enjoy everything it has to offer!
GGuest UserOverall experience was good. We stayed at this hotel many times. There are more shops opened in the mall now which is great. We tried the Line Friends restaurant and deco was nice.
DDontyoHaving a good time during the typhoon with ny friend, good staff when dealong with the typhoon request also having patience to make special arrangements due to the typhoon.
Will continue to support and confirm this is the highest CP value 5 stars hotel in Macau.
CChilaxGirlWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the staff were very welcoming, especially the Filipino staff like Sir Miguel and Sir Mark. The view from the hotel is lovely, with a great sight of the lake and Macao Tower, which we truly appreciated. The infinity pool is quite okay, although it’s not very big.
However, there are other hotels that offer better value for the price. Additionally, the hotel has quite a few rules and limited access compared to other accommodations, which made our stay less convenient. The breakfast didn't quite meet our expectations for the price, so we found it better to dine at nearby restaurants—especially since the hotel is located close to many attractions.
One thing we noticed is that they do not offer complimentary cakes for birthday celebrants, although we appreciated the staff who arranged the balloon decoration (sorry, I forgot your name). Overall, this hotel wasn't the perfect fit for us, but we still enjoyed our visit.
CCC TourThis hotel is right next to the Jai Alai Hotel. From Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, it only takes a few minutes to walk here, so not having a good view isn't a big deal—it's really convenient. Although they're currently renovating the exterior, and it can be a bit noisy during the day because they’re working next door, it’s not a problem if you’re out exploring during the day. Also, this hotel has an indoor pool. It's not huge, but you don't have to worry about the weather affecting it, which is a nice bonus! Another thing is that this hotel is very close to the Racing Museum, making it super convenient to visit. It's suitable for both adults and kids, so it's definitely worth a trip!
SSiew KiatReasonably priced at good location on Macau side. Amole taxis available at the driveway of the hotel. Good Cha Chan Tang located in the lobby offering assorted noodles, rice and bread for breakfast, tea, lunch and dinner. Many entries and shops around the hotel location. So everything is walking distance.
GGuest UserI had breakfast buffet at the hotel. I was so shocked when the waitess told me NOT to use a clean plate when I needed to make more trips in getting more food because they didn't have enough clean plates. I told her I had to use the clean plate because of sanitary and prevent food leftovers from the used plate from accidentally falling into the food stands there. Not having enough clean plates is not my problem The hotel should have that figured out in advance for good planning.
