Grand Hyatt Macau Reviews

My only choice in Macau. Good service, spacious room, well maintained facilities, clean and tidy everywhere, delicious buffet no matter breakfast or other meal sections, all good👍 plus its convenient location as right next to subway station are all my description for this hotel. I stayed here for few times, but this time wanna express my special thanks to Kent. He is professional with passion, patience and details minded. While checking in, I booked a non-smoking suite room but it was sold out for non-smoking of such category, he tried for non-smoking treatment at first but I was allergic and sensitive to it, he was so patiently showed me with an upgraded non-smoking suite to ensure my stay was pleasant. He also reminded for transportation arrangement during CNY for room closure details. We definitely will return because of his outstanding. Really appreciated.

Great location, celebrate birthday with early check in and late check out wonderful experience. Thumbs up to FO Mavis and the team to organise. Also great food in Mezza 9 fresh cook seafood

Good location, 5 star service and accommodation standard in Macau

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt several times before the pandemic, and I still remember the spacious room and bathroom fondly. So, I decided to return for a birthday celebration. The service provided by Mavis was exceptional. She took the time to explain the different travel options and highlight the tourist sites in the area. Mavis personally walked us to our room, which was beautifully prepared with birthday decorations, and she arranged for a cake to be delivered later. Her kindness and sincerity truly stood out, and we felt the warmth of her service throughout our stay.

Great Hotel! Really modern, huge facilities, great food and drinks and a fantastic service by the staff from start to finish! Absolute top and recommendable - rooms are super big with great amenities! Thanks for an enjoyable and hassle free stay! 

We had a great stay! The room is huge and very affordable. It is clean as well. Location is perfect as well. Although the check-out receptionist (lady) is not reallt friendly. Amazing view!
