Pros: - Sparkling clean and new - Right across Galaxy Casino (4 min on foot) - Great view from the window if you get a higher floor. I was on 15th. - Friendly receptionists - Gas stove and some cutlery - Remotely controlled curtains and gauze - Comfortable bed - Full air conditioning system (heating and cooling) - Sofa - Two TV sets Cons: - MOP400 deposit (fast return at checkout) - No diswashing liquid - Smoke coming in from a smoking room (the AC ventilation helped)

A clean, comfortable hotel. Complete facilities, and a strategic location. recommended!

This hotel is just a bridge away from Galaxy Hotel, super convenient and accessible. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant on 1/F provides decent breakfast buffet. The room is spacious with an open kitchen and 2 TV sets. Very likely that will stay there again next time in Macau.

It’s a very good place for someone who wants to stay in a full-room setting status ! 😃

The only thing good about this place is the location to galaxy hotel. The room is a non smoking room. I have asked for a non smoking floor but the minute a step inside the room its smells so bad. I’ve told them about the issue but they only brought out the deodoriser. I can’t sleep at night as it stinks like cigarettes. The smell came from the AC and the staff was so rude, they asked what I want them to do about the smell. They can at least offer me another room which they didn’t. The place was quite busy too with the concert happening in galaxy arena. I don’t want to stay at this place ever again ＞:(

Good environment with clean beds

The hotel was clean, nicely designed and had everything you need for a brief stay, including a small living room and kitchen. We could see the river view from the room, which was really nice. The hotel is located just right opposite to the Diamond Lobby entrance of the Galaxy. However, since the footbridge linking between the Galaxy complex to the hotel is under construction, we need to take a 5 mins walk to the footbridge of Broadway Hotel to reach the Galaxy area. Not too convenient but acceptable. The Broadway food street is also 5 mins walk away with many choices of restaurants. Breakfast provided in the hotel was basic. Goid value for the price.

Stayed here for a night while transiting between Hong Kong and Singapore. Location is great, just a short 4 minutes walk across the overhead bridge to the Galaxy.

Quite good but should not be so rigid for check-in time, must be after 3 pm. This has caused a long queue up for the check-in due to peak season. Or should make the process easier and faster.

I enjoyed my stay at the Maria Phantom Apartment Hotel. It is located in close proximity to the subway and relatively close to the popular attractions. The condition of the apartment was superb. The room is equipped with a tv, sofa and a small kitchen area for cooking. It was very spacious, neat and well-kept. We had an amazing city view from our room. My overall experience was good and I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a clean and cost effective accommodation.

It’s clean and large with a beautiful view and near the broadway. Good for people who come for the concert!
