Good value for money, although rooms are quite small. A couple restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Busy hotel but good for a transit stay to other places around Tokyo

Great location, lots of great restaurants and stores close by. The hotel is super clean and very welcoming. The staff at front desk are very helpful. I wasn’t super into the Japanese breakfast but they did have a good selection which changed most days. The rooms are a decent (for Japan) size. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Good location and friendly service.

There is also a delicious barbecue restaurant near the hotel, which closes not too early. There is also a simple bathing area for bathing, and a simple buffet is provided.

I have never stayed in a hotel in Japan that was so dirty, so disgusting!

A very good value for money hotel, less than 500 HKD has natural hot springs and breakfast, its curry rice is delicious, the lobby also provides coffee tea and mask available, parking space is provided free of charge

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, there was a hot spring, and the system that women could only enter without a key made it safe. There were plenty of amenities. There were also many shops nearby, which made it convenient. I'd like to use it again.

The receptionist was very polite and helpful in dealing with the mistake on the booking site. The hot springs were also very pleasant. I thought it was amazing that this price included breakfast. I was also happy with the free coffee service. I would like to go again.

I often use this hotel for work and leisure, including the Hana Hotel in the same chain. I like that there is a large public bath. It would be even better if there was a water server. The breakfast menu is not very extensive, but it has both Japanese and Western dishes and is delicious.

This is my second time staying at Hana Hotel. The rooms, baths, front desk, and all other facilities were clean. It's also great that breakfast is included and there is a large parking lot! Even though it's a business hotel, it was also great that they had a large hot spring bath. I'd definitely like to stay here again in the future.
