Average hotel with limited facilities.

Lovely little hotel in a great spot. Nothing bad to say, perfect for a short trip

a nice homely spot in the heart of Macau peninsula! really close to many sightseeing spots and a bus stop with services that can bring you everywhere important is about 30-50meters away. friendly service and clean room for a very good price especially in Macau 👍🏼

The hotel is quite near to St. Paul ruin and Senado square like 10 mins to either places. It’s also near to a casino (Sofitel). The hotel is very small with 5 floors and only 2 rooms on each floor. My first impression of the room was good. It was small but very neat and clean. I didn’t expect they would give us free toiletry even toothbrushes were provided. Now, here’s the not so good part. The mattress is probably one of the hardest I slept on and I’m not a fan of this kind of mattress. It was heavy rain on my first night and the water kept splashing from a little hole on the wall. Luckily I used the wet wipe to cover the hole so problem solved! The room cleaning… well yes they took the trash out and filled up new toiletries but what about changing my used glasses?! Overall, it was a good place to stay for couple of nights if u are on a budget while visiting Macau as the hotels here are generally very expensive.

The staff were very nice and helpful! They gave me this different room the next night. Unfortunately there was a strong bodily odour left in the bathroom, and you couldn’t sit properly on the toilet, as it was facing too close to the wall. The bed faced towards the bathroom, which was a very poor design. You could only turn on the ventilation fan with the light switch, so either you could sleep facing the bathroom, with its door open to let the air out, or you could have the light on all night. I tried the former, but the towels remained wet the next day. Noise was heard until after midnight, a disturbance of sleep.

The staff were very nice and helpful, unfortunately the pillows were facing the door and the headboard was right under the curtains, so lights from outside just came down to the head, and you could see the light from under the door when you lie down. Another disappointment was the location of the TV. You could only watch it when you sat on the stool, as it was on the wall where the bed was next to. Noise was heard till after midnight, a disturbance to sleep.

It's a very nice hotel with good location just opposite to the lane of Softel at 16 ponte. You can almost find everything you like nearby.

Staff is accommodating

Even though the room is small, it is very clean and the staff is friendly

Overall is nice, clean and tidy. If there is a refrigerator, it would be even better.
