This time I came to Macau and chose the newly opened London Renaissance to celebrate my birthday. The overall experience was great. First of all, I would like to thank Gordon from GuestRelations for his thoughtful service and room arrangements. He knew my room preferences in advance before check-in and arranged a series of room arrangements. He also helped us upgrade to a suite, which made this birthday experience even more memorable and happy. The room was large and spacious. The bedding was very comfortable. Although the hotel was newly opened not long ago, the room still had a slight smell, but it was acceptable after installing two air purifiers. The breakfast at Hampton Court was more refined and delicious than that at The Londoner Hua Ting, and the selection was very rich. When I left, they also gave me many small gifts. I am very grateful to the service staff of The Londoner Minghui Hotel for allowing us to spend a very happy and impressive birthday trip!

The welcoming service from Kris of the front desk provided us a great start of the hotel stay. Services from other hotel staff were nice too. The overall cleanliness of the rooms were above standard and the view was great too (we booked the Eiffel Tower view room). Would definitely choose Conrad again for our next trip.

Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills. Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free. Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man. Most friends recommend that you must stay in London (including Huating) in Macau. I brought my mother with me and got an unexpected free upgrade to the Windsor Suite (if you have the financial resources, you can book on the official website or by phone or spend extra money to upgrade on site). This time, it is arranged to walk from room 2051 to the elevator to the casino for up to 5 minutes. Londoners in Macau are absolutely comfortable, safe, secure, happy, considerate and warm! ! ! Suggestion: Put a coat on top of the tea lid. I personally got burnt on the back of my hand. In fact, ice application is enough because it only covers a small area. But the Londoners actually arranged for a doctor to see him and provide him with burn ointment to ensure everything was safe. The hotel has a good location, good environment, good service, rich and delicious breakfast, high-end atmosphere and upscale. The restaurant service is also very good. It was a very good stay experience. The room is large and the service is better. Fruits are delivered every day, the bed is made at night, and the room is clean when you come back from going out. We had the most enjoyable travel time here, and everything about the hotel fascinated me. Room cards are made from woods，which makes me feel like peace and love[爱心] The receptionist staff were enthusiastic and professional, They introduced me to the hotel facilities in detail. At the same time, they thoughtfully asked if I needed an English version of the RC and hotel introduction leaflet. Looking out the window from my room, I could see the stunning views of the Eiffel Tower and Big Ben, as if I were right in the midst of them.[哇] Anyway，I love this hotel ，I love the Four Seasons😗
