"Stayed in Ibis styles for 2 days. The hotel receptionists and staff were so approachable and very accommodating. They guided us on how to go about the city with the different transportation available and the must see attractions in Luzern. Breakfast offered a variety of foods. Very clean room and toilet. I will recommend it to my friends who will visit Switzerland."

"Added 23 euros at the counter to upgrade to a room with a balcony facing the river.
Bed: The bedding is clean and hygienic, and the white quilt cover has a bumpy feel. It looks very pleasant to cover and is very comfortable. The mattress is firm and supportive, which is our favorite type;
Bathroom: relatively large, with wet and dry separation in the shower, and the toilet is clean;
Balcony: Go back to the room at night and sit on the balcony for a while, very comfortable and relaxing;
Front desk: The service staff is friendly and able to coordinate according to some of our requirements;
Overall very satisfied!"

"Hotel was located near the Lucerne station and easily accessible. Also a short walk to chapel bridge and old town. There is a dining area where you can have your meals and also provides coffee and tea 24/7. However, the television does not have any English channels and the tap water is cold. There is hot water for bathing but it doesn’t last long."

"The hotel is a typical old-fashioned hotel, decorated in antique style and the elevator is small. Outside the window of the room is Lake Lusen, the scenery is invincible. Breakfast is good. Hotel parking is not convenient, parking is not available at the entrance of the hotel, opposite a social parking lot is charged (temporary parking is not charged), there are two hotel dedicated parking spaces but often not about. However, there is a public parking lot 300 meters away from the hotel. After check-in, the front desk will inform the parking lot location and enter the license plate information, free parking is available."

"The room was arranged on the first floor. Because it is close to the lake, it has a musty smell. It is a bit noisy when the window is opened. However, the service staff allowed us to check in early, which is very humane. The location is in the center of the old town of Lucerne, and it takes 7 or 8 minutes to walk to the train station. It is still cost-effective."

TTeeoteeThis is by far the best hotel my wife and I stayed at during our 10 days in Switzerland. The location is right in the center of Lucerne old town, which is only about 9 minutes walking to the main station.
Most importantly, the hotel is very well-decorated and stylish. The lightings and the atmosphere are perfect. Truly recommend this hotel for your trip to Lucerne.

I stayed at this hostel for about 2 nights in Lucerne, but the hostel was too dark and uncomfortable.
The bathroom was very old and the elevator was narrow and uncomfortable
I took the shower filter and turned on the water. The color of the filter changed right away.
The parking lot was a bit far (3 minutes walk) and there was no parking discount.. The price is a bit expensive
However, the location is so good and it is highly recommended if you are traveling by train for 1 to 2 nights (the location is so good for the price)

GGuest UserHotel location is very good, we walked to Lucerne two hours in the morning, the balcony window is the spire of the church. Small, like a family hotel, the key is left in the envelope on the front desk, no staff provides other counselling services. The room did not have air conditioning, and I woke up in the middle of the night and found that there was a desktop fan. Overall, the price is not high, did not sleep well

GGuest UserThe location is good, close to the train station and most sightseeing places in Luzern. The receptionists were all friendly and helpful. The only drawback of the hotel is noise levels. There are many restaurants around with outdoor seating so you would hear people chatting all the way till 11 pm. 5AM in the morning there would be loud street cleaning trucks. There was one night some bar nearby had loud drunk people noise till 2AM. There's no AC in the room so you have to leave the window open and deal with all the noises.

The hotel is not far from the train station. Convenient transportation. Very nice room. Close to the Chapel Bridge. The view is super beautiful.Overall like it a lot, will have to go to stay again. But the score of the caretaker at night was very bad. Speaking to poor customers. Must check in if getting fit. Another street next to each other. Where do tourists know?

Wwaiki wanThe location is close to Lucerne train station. You need to call the hotel when you arrive to check in. It's not a hotel, it's similar to airbnb. It's clean and ok, so it's okay to stay for 1-2 nights. The landlord also provided a bus card and we took the bus.

AAnonymous UserEverything worked out perfectly! Hotel in the heart of the city center. Check-in and check-out were very easy. I highly recommend it and would come back anytime. There's a parking garage nearby, just a 5-minute walk away. However, the daily rate of CHF 35 isn't exactly cheap.
