* Don’t look like a 3star hotel. The building needs serious Improvements on second floor.
* Don’t take the lift. Got stuck in lift for 6 mins. Thankfully the lovely receptionist lady helped us. She was so good. Thank you
* Room heater deserves zero star. Please replace the heaters.
* Room attached toilets don’t have a working exhaust fan.
Hotel have the potential to be 5/5 if these improvements are done. Great thanks to the lovely hotel reception staffs.

Receptionist was friendly, patient and helpful. Hotel was conveniently located. Room was small, light bulb spoiled in the other part of the room and wasn't replaced. Coffee and tea bags provided. Bathroom was very small. Lift was very old and small. Can only fit 1 pax and a luggage each time. No frills hotel. Enjoyed the proximity to the train station, old town and the lake.

Centrally located in a quiet street in the city centre near the main train station ; stylish renovation of the hotel and functional kitchenette in the room I stayed (can you imagine there is a dish washer in the room ?😂and every day the housekeeper used it for our dirty dishes); laundry room on the first room and cozy cafe on the ground floor; reasonable price considering a Swiss standard; overall, excellent (input the confirmation number from trip.com and your name when you need to do the self check in at the entrance indoors; the door is closed and looks locked but actually you can open it 😂) ; will book it again when coming here in Luzern again ) 👍

This is at most a hotel in China. Even though Switzerland has high consumption, with a room rate of more than 2,100 per night, this is also the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The toilet has a strong smell and the room is small. Two days is my limit. The distance from the central scenic area is far in a city of this size. The restaurants on the road next to it are all under construction. Fortunately, there is air conditioning. Anyway, the toilet door cannot be opened. The smell of a special country is unbearable. The breakfast is okay. There is rice, which is a highlight.

There is a dining area where you can have your meals and also provides coffee and tea 24/7. However, the television does not have any English channels and the tap water is cold. Not much to complain about for the price. Basic hotel with the necessities and a fan for the summer heat (though you might need to get kettle from the reception, it's not in the room by default). Breakfast spread was decent, and supermarket is nearby. Self check-in was easy and you will pay the hotel tax whilst checking in. I even managed to check-in earlier as the room was already available in the system (a few luggage lockers are also available right beside the check-in system, if you need).

The hotel location is 15 minutes walk from the Central Railway Station. The first time is hard to find. The hotel is in an inner street. The navigation must be well used. There are many attractions near the hotel, and it is convenient to cross the river to the old town. Breakfast at the hotel is ok, you can eat it full, meat and cheese are abundant, breakfast must be full, you can save a lot of money. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. The only bad thing is that the hotel has cooperation with local travel in China. It receives a lot of Chinese tour groups every day. The key point is here. The 3 days I stayed, the tour groups I met were very unqualified. Noisy, the corridors are not soundproof, they are particularly noisy, which seriously affects the rest. It is recommended that the hotel area be divided into tourists and tour groups. Breakfast should also be staggered. Otherwise, there is nothing to eat. . The hotel does not provide a kettle, but there is a public hot water insulation pot, but the temperature is not high, you can only drink, not tea.

Location wise is good as it’s right in the middle of the old town. Walking distance from the ferry dock and train station but stairs and cobblestones make it hard to drag your luggage. The only redeeming quality about the room is its size. The quadruple room is a good size for 4 adults with 4 luggages. However the amenities are close to nothing, the wifi is crap and the TV is always faulty. Cleanliness is average - doors are chipped and rusty, the tub is also chipped and dirty. We stayed quite a lot of nights and after the first two nights it’s like the housekeeping staff gave up on properly cleaning the room and replenishing the amenities. Would stay again only as a last resort.

Bed: The bedding is clean and hygienic, and the white quilt cover has a bumpy feel. It looks very pleasant to cover and is very comfortable. The mattress is firm and supportive, which is our favorite type;
Bathroom: relatively large, with wet and dry separation in the shower, and the toilet is clean;
Balcony: Go back to the room at night and sit on the balcony for a while, very comfortable and relaxing;
Front desk: The service staff is friendly and able to coordinate according to some of our requirements;
Overall very satisfied!

GGuest UserThe hotel is a typical old-fashioned hotel, decorated in antique style and the elevator is small. Outside the window of the room is Lake Lusen, the scenery is invincible. Breakfast is good. Hotel parking is not convenient, parking is not available at the entrance of the hotel, opposite a social parking lot is charged (temporary parking is not charged), there are two hotel dedicated parking spaces but often not about. However, there is a public parking lot 300 meters away from the hotel. After check-in, the front desk will inform the parking lot location and enter the license plate information, free parking is available.

Small, like a family hotel, the key is left in the envelope on the front desk, no staff provides other counselling services. The room did not have air conditioning, and I woke up in the middle of the night and found that there was a desktop fan. Overall, the price is not high, did not sleep well

GGuest UserThe location is good, close to the train station and most sightseeing places in Luzern. The receptionists were all friendly and helpful. The only drawback of the hotel is noise levels. There are many restaurants around with outdoor seating so you would hear people chatting all the way till 11 pm. 5AM in the morning there would be loud street cleaning trucks. There was one night some bar nearby had loud drunk people noise till 2AM. There's no AC in the room so you have to leave the window open and deal with all the noises.

Assumed that cleaners were running late but when we returned at 6pm the room still had dirty sheets on the bed and wet towels on the floor in the bathroom etc However the problem was very quickly resolved by calling the owner.

How could someone ring the doorbell so early in the morning? The bell rang for a while and then stopped. Just as we were about to fall asleep, the doorbell rang again. It lasted for a while and then stopped. This time we were completely woken up and felt a little panicked. After all, we were abroad. When the doorbell rang for the third time, we went to the door to see what was going on. As soon as we walked to the door, we heard the sound of someone rushing downstairs in the corridor. Looking out through the peephole, the lights in the corridor were still on and no one was there. There couldn't be a thief. We suddenly lost all sleep and immediately contacted the landlord on WHATSAPP. There was no reply, so we contacted Ctrip customer service. It was not until 19:57 local time that Ctrip customer service contacted the landlord and told us that the hotel's reply was that because the apartment is located in a public area, it cannot control who rings the doorbell. The doorbell was indeed installed in the hallway. The name of the apartment was clearly written on the bottom of the doorbell. There should be no possibility of pressing the wrong button. Moreover, the doorbell should be set up with a doorbell shut-off function like a hotel, otherwise it will seriously affect the normal rest of the guests and make people doubt the safety.
What is worthy of praise is Ctrip's customer service, quick follow-up and responsible attitude.
The apartment is about 15 minutes' walk from the train station and about 5 minutes from the old town. The apartment is located next to a small street, and there are no people on the street at night. There is a double bed and a sofa in the apartment. The double bed is not big, and there is something wrong with the spring. It creaks when it moves.
The kitchen has an oven, refrigerator, and induction cooker. The hand-held shower head and rod are broken, so it can only be held by hand, which is very inconvenient.
