It's pretty good. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and patient. They gave me a guest card when I checked in and explained how to use it. The breakfast is good, with many choices, including yogurt, coffee, various breads and bacon. The room facilities are also sufficient, with a small window for a good view. The downside is that the bed and pillow are too soft and lack support.

This is at most a hotel in China. Even though Switzerland has high consumption, with a room rate of more than 2,100 per night, this is also the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
