This hotel is located in very good location right in front of the Nile River. It’s very enjoyable to sit on the balcony to watch the sunrise and sunset. Breakfast is okay. Hotel is a little bit outdated but the price is reasonable. Overall I recommend it.

Very mixed feelings about the experience. Overall I would give 4 stars. The Bad - only 1. The tour agency. We booked a tour guide and driver to take us to Dendera, Valley of Kings, Valley of Queens and Hatshepsut Temple - this was our itinerary. Our guide took us to all but refused to take us to the Valley of the Queens, instead trying to scam us by taking us to the Alabaster stone factory which was not on our itinerary and despite paying in advance to go to the Valley of Queens instead. The Alabaster stone factory is not a factory, it is a shop to coerce and scam tourists charging $150 for a small piece of rock which many tourists fall for. Tourists at other hotels also complained about this and saw many foreigners being scammed at these so called “factories”. So please be prepared for this and only stick to your schedule that you agreed beforehand. The Good - the laundry, staff at the hotel (security, waiters, manager) was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. The rooms were amazing and the pool and location was great.

Hotel is rather nice, has numerous facilities such as pool area, bar, gym. Spa and multiple shops. Outside pool area is rather large and spacious and also has a comfortable seating area within the hotel and at the entrance. Hotel is rather dated, such as the bathrooms and the elevators and breakfast could be somewhat improved.

It was a convenient stay

Perfect location next to Luxor temple, travel agency at the lobby has very good prices, we book a taxi to Marsa Allam for the half of the prices we were offered from other hotels, The breakfast is ok! But honestly for us was very difficult to find good food in Luxor, so we were happy to have that option

Close to the Nile River, the view outside the window is beautiful. You can walk along the riverside street and enjoy the beautiful night view of the Nile River. You can park your car outside the hotel wall for free. But be careful that locals will come up and knock on the window to collect money, which is a fraud and you don't need to pay attention. The room is OK. The problems are: 1. The service is not good, no one answered the phone, so I had to go to the front desk to report it. 2. The breakfast is poor, there is nothing to eat.

The room is nice, facing the Nile River. It's very comfortable to sit on the balcony and enjoy the breeze! The breakfast is OK, the Western food is very good, and the cost for 6 of us to eat together is only more than 2,000 Egyptian pounds! The downside is that the bathroom door lock is broken and can't be closed, which seems to be a common problem in Egyptian hotels. The air conditioner is blowing a little cold!

The room size is OK, and the hotel location is also good, opposite the pier. There are people singing and dancing in the evening until late at night. But you can hardly hear the noise when you close the door. The balcony is relatively small. It's better than nothing. The sunset is charming. However, as the biggest problem of the hotel: the hygiene problem is child's play! Various disgusting marks on the quilt. There are pictures as evidence. They don't change it in this state? Maybe the local Egyptians don't care? Among the three hotels I stayed in Egypt, it was the only place that did not distribute bottled water. And there is no supermarket within 500 meters nearby. Customers who don't bring enough water will die of thirst. The breakfast content is quite average.
