Location is good and the view is awesome but the air-conditioner is not cold enough and fan should be provided

The room price is affordable. Rooms are clean. Good view near lake. We didn't book with breakfast.

Very suitable for self-driving tours, with free parking, the hotel rooms are spacious enough and the scenery is very good. However, we came in February, which was winter, and the air conditioner only had hot air, so it was very hot in the room. Fortunately, we could open the window.

The hotel is a little distance from the station and very close to Saga Castle. The environment is beautiful and quiet. You can enjoy the breakfast while looking out the window. The food is rich and although the quantity is not large, it is replenished at any time. It is fresh, delicious and exquisite.

The whole Saga is relatively small, and it feels a bit like a big village. As a short stop on the Kyushu trip, I chose this hotel. It should be the best hotel in the whole Saga city. It has been open for about 50 years, and it is full of retro flavor, but it still maintains the cleanliness of a traditional Japanese hotel. The room is also very large, not comparable to the luxury hotels in popular cities, but if you come to Saga, it is very cost-effective.

Everyone has to pass the front desk to get on the elevator, but the service staff does not greet guests like other Japanese hotels. Of course, it is okay for me, but it is strange to ignore guests who walk by... The wine and sex are indeed OK, as shown in the picture. If you stay in this hotel, you have to go to the 12th floor of the city hall opposite to eat a scenic meal. There are lunch and dinner, the price is cheap, and you can overlook the whole city. I couldn't find a room around the station on Saturday, so I booked this hotel. First of all, the service was average. When I took the taxi, no one came to pick up my luggage. The room was for 3 people, but 2 people stayed in it, which was very crowded. The room price was ridiculously high. It costs more than 600 RMB on weekdays, but we paid more than 1,700 RMB. The room was small and the suitcases could not be opened. It was surrounded by a moat, and the environment was not bad. However, there was a construction site around the room, which was very noisy and did not quiet down until 8 o'clock in the evening. There was no microwave, so you had to give the food to the front desk to heat it up. There was no drinking water or coffee machine in the lobby, which was not as good as other average hotels. There was no business around the hotel, which was very inconvenient. The nearest supermarket was more than 400 meters away. I had no choice but to choose this hotel, and the accommodation experience was very poor.

The lobby is ok, but the interior of the room is really not good. The bed is made in the old-fashioned way, with a layer of white lining to separate the quilt from the mattress. But the textile surface of the quilt is dirty, I wonder if it is not replaced?!

We bowed until the taxi drove away. The surrounding environment was quiet and the air was fresh. We found mosquitoes at night. We couldn't find the mosquito repellent at the front desk.
