Fortunately, it was short and did not cause much impact, and was understood by most guests. You can tell the hotel earlier if the shower water is small, so that they can repair it or change the room for you in time. You arrived at the front desk after 10 o'clock in the evening. The rooms are tight during the peak season of the Spring Festival, and there are no standard rooms. We tried to change it to a deluxe king-size room, but you disagreed. The front desk staff were also helpless. Fortunately, a guest canceled the deluxe standard room, so we could change the room for you. It's really confusing how this works? I have tried every possible means to meet your requirements and achieve your wishes, but still receive such comments from you, which is really disheartening! The hotel has been constantly striving to innovate, actively improving the quality of our dishes, hygiene and service, and improving various service equipment in order to perfect every detail in the work and try to make every guest feel a perfect stay experience.
