Amazing room and service! The internet speed was pretty good too - I was able to attend a zoom conference and present without any issues. Most importantly, the hotel staffs are extremely helpful! Highly recommended!

A nice place for holidays! Buffet in their restaurant was the best thing I’ve ever had. Not too spicy but still tasty tho. Wonderful service at front desk and comfortable room with nice decorations. Great!

The room was very comfortable, the restaurant was great for dinning but not too good for breakfast. The staff at the restaurant and front desk were great. Location was very handy, nearby the night market.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful especially Clark Qi. Will stay here again in future if return for another trip

Would definitely recommend Ramada By Wyndham in Luoyang. The hotel location is good, making it easy to get around. Room was clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Emily in making sure my departure went smoothly. My only suggestion would be for non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms to be located on different sides of the floor or on separate floors - while my room was non-smoking, I found cigarette smoke coming into the room from people smoking around, which is unhealthy and unpleasant. Overall I had a great stay.

Conveniently located at the center of the city, the hotel is close to supermarkets, shopping malls and with Luckin coffee and KFC right next door. Room is always clean and tidy. Special thank you to Cuixia Xu for the soothing chrysanthemum tea and client manager Xiao Xin for taking care of us so well during our stay. 华美达酒店地理位置极佳，附近有超市，购物中心，瑞信咖啡和肯德基就在楼下。房间干净整洁。尤其要感谢徐翠霞女士给我们放的菊花茶，还有房间小管家小欣的关照，使我们宾至如归。

Amazing stay at Ramada Hotel Luoyang. Conveniently located next to the shopping mall as well as many attractions nearby. The service and room was exceptional. We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance

I stayed at Ramada Luoyang Downtown for 1 night. I am really impressed by the welcoming receptionist Kiki and the room service provided during my stay here. Also, I would like to thank the hotel for decorating my room sweetly. overall, good service good location and clean room, thanks for all , sure will stay next time in this hotel.

The room was perfect, reception was friendly and helpful, the boy in the lobby was my life saver, he did help me with the deliveries while the APP was full of Chinese which is a totally disaster for me. Great hotel anyways, definitely will come back in the future!

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful, giving us directions for local areas for food. It is next to a big shopping centre with a supermarket.

The hotel is excellent in terms of quality and services, except that the air conditioner was turned off without any cold air that the room was too hot for us. Despite this issue, the hotel provided a fan.
