Perfect place to indulge in to luxury and game drives. Peaceful place with very much helpful staff. Specially Patteson & Fedric was much kind to help us every time

The Lodge was a lovely setting and buffets great for breakfast, lunch and dinner (although we ate too much!) Safari was awe inspiring and we saw so much. This place is made even better because of the amazing staff. They bend over backwards to assist but are also friendly and chatty, making the stay that bit more special. Shout out to Patterson and Rose who looked after us at mealtimes. Their friendliness and attentiveness was appreciated. John was lovely too. The girls at the pool bar ( one named Catherine but didn't clock the other) were so sweet, kind and helpful, they made it a pleasure being down at the poolside. The pool itself is top class. Warm and clean. Also hanging over the edge watching wildlife on the outer reaches was just amazing. Would highly recommend Taita Hills.

After 2 weeks of loving our time roughing it camping in beautiful locations all around Kenya, we could not believe our eyes when we got to Taita Hills! It has the perfect blend of luxury, serenity, wildlife, amazing staff, FANTASTIC FOOD, and amazing conservation promotion and practices. I truly hope I get the privilege to return again in the future. It was my dad and his partner’s first time in Kenya and Africa and it was amazing they also got to experience their first night safari at Taita Hills. My goodness….we had a fantastic stay at Taita Hills Resort & Spa in June with family and friends. The location is beautiful and right next to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, perfect for peaceful game drives with incredible wildlife sightings. The staff made our stay truly memorable.Mr Patterson, our waiter, was attentive and friendly, and Ms Naomi from guest relations went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, the food was delicious, and the infinity pool with its breathtaking views was the perfect highlight. Highly recommended

very attentive staff to our needs. The ambiance of the hotel is great, they have a fireplace to sit around after dinner. The food is great and a good variety. Their rooms are clean and the beds comfortable.

The waitress Crescencia was the best greatfule, humble person you can think of. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best experience during our dining. Thank you Crescencia.

I had a wonderful experience at Taita Hills. Enjoyed the cultural taita dance, enjoyed the shamba garden tour, reading my book in peace looking over the lovely scenery, the wide variety of fresh food during meal times, the world war 1 history, nature center. & great swimming pool. The staff were polite and helpful; lovely place indeed.

Stayed at the lodge as part of our Safari visit. Really enjoyed the facilities and the service was excellent. Joshua our waiter was very friendly and gave lots of help. Would definitely recommend a visit. I particularly enjoyed the World War 1 museum.

Great atmosphere, fresh food and service. Friendly staff, Great park experience Kindly for the front desk give full briefing on what's available in the hotel. We missed the kids playing area and had to look for activities outside the hotel.

I stayed in Taita Hills resort for 5 days and the staff were very friendly. Although I was traveling for work, I had just a pleasant stay here. The resort is in close proximity to the road, and I would highly recommend it to anyone whose traveling for either work or leisure.

This hotel gave me the most relaxing experience along with beautiful Safari games drives. Highly recommend staying here! The pool is so nice and the rooms are very clean. The night sky was just magnificent and the food was delicious. Can’t say enough about how lovely our experience was.

Situated in a Private Sanctuary, Taita Hills resortl is the best hotel one can visit,stay and feel like adding more double stays.we arrived with a warm welcome ,the smiles from staff were an indication of a warm home away from home. a.).Spacious Rooms Our room was very clean,spacious,with an african touch making it comfortable for our stay b).Food variety .they have a great variety of food on the buffet to choose from.the chefs were keen to guide us through during the serving and this was amazing tasting and enjoying delicious meals for a foodie like me every food was tasty. c).Therapeutic pool While at the resort enjoy the infinity pool over looking taita Hills with animals grazing lower hill was amazing. d).Extra services Our last dinner before check out was at the salt lick the hotel does transfers for sampling either.having dinner and animals hunting at night was the best memory for my kids. e)Activities They have akids club with an attendant you don't need to watch over them. Game drives on arrangement from the hotel is plus. If you are that conservative person not ready to do agame drive, They also have a Museum at the resort very informative and unique experience. We arrived at Taita Hills Resort and Spa at 8:30 am, we were swept into a serene escape nestled within the breathtaking Taita Hills. The air was fresh, and the tranquility was unmatched. Victor welcomed us warmly, making check-in seamless and personalized. The spacious, ambient lobby—adorned with a fascinating World War II exhibit featuring relics, attire, and rich historical narratives—immediately sparked our curiosity. The culinary experience was nothing short of delightful. Each meal offered a new and sumptuous twist, catering to every palate. The conference facility was impeccably managed, thanks to Geoffrey’s attentive service and professionalism. Afternoons were spent unwinding by the pool, its warm waters offering the perfect view of the rolling hills beyond. The rooms, naturally designed and immaculately maintained, offered a peaceful retreat each night. Encircled by a conservancy, the hotel provided unforgettable encounters with wildlife. A night visit to the Taita Salt Lick offered a magical view of waterbucks and antelopes grazing under the moonlight. Our stay concluded on a heartwarming note—staff serenading us with farewell songs led by Jonathan Mwanzui and presenting a thoughtful goodbye cake. It was a gesture that truly captured the spirit of Taita Hills Resort: authentic, warm, and unforgettable. I can’t wait to return.

From the time we arrived to departing the hotel the service was excellent. A special thanks to Patterson and the two lovely ladies by the name of Josephine made our stay memorable. Our son was taken care off and they made sure we had everything we needed to make him comfortable. We will definitely come back again.
