A slightly tired but endearing colonial hotel. Comfortable large rooms, good pool and welcoming staff. Housekeeping is a bit haphazard but breakfast is great as was all the food we tried there, albeit a little expensive. Local transport to the Main Street and markets is $3 or less. We had a nice stay

Absolutely the right choice to travel to Luang Prabang for a long weekend. We fell in love with it and it was wonderful to stay at the hotel. Excellent care and consideration. They really did go above and beyond to help. The staff were walk and welcoming. Thank you!

I came to Laos for the first time to explore and relax. I am enjoying my stay at this hotel so much that I keep extending my plan. The staff from front desk to service to kitchen to cleaning are so friendly and welcoming, warm-hearted and helpful.

Service: Warm and thoughtful, it feels very friendly to meet someone who can speak Chinese. Environment: Garden-style hotel, the environment is very good, quiet and peaceful. Facilities: The room is very large, I like the layout inside, the big sofa, the cotton and linen curtains, and the bathroom has two washbasins. The downside is that each person can only order one breakfast staple food, the children did not eat enough, and it is not a buffet.

The hotel is very conveniently located - almost in the center, this significantly saves time and eliminates the need to use transport. Special attention should be paid to the building itself. It is under the protection of UNESCO, which makes it special. For lovers of history and ancient architecture, this will be a real find. Here you can literally feel the spirit of the past, walking along the corridors and examining the interior details. But there are some nuances. Sometimes mosquitoes bothered the rooms, which slightly spoiled the comfort of a night's rest. Perhaps the hotel should pay more attention to this point. In addition, as with used cars, buildings with history have their own special charm, but for those who care only about comfort and a modern interior, perhaps it is worth considering newer options. Overall, the hotel left pleasant memories. It is ideal for those who appreciate the atmosphere of antiquity, a comfortable location and a high level of service.

Good environment, clean and quiet, pure French villa, white corridor, wooden furniture, clean bathroom, definitely worth the trip. The only regret is that there may be too few people staying. Breakfast is not a buffet and the Asian breakfast is terrible. The Western breakfast is still very good.

The entire hotel building and garden are quite old at first glance, with distinct French architectural features. The lines of the building are soft and charming, the lighting is elegant and warm, and French carvings, columns, and lines can be seen everywhere. However, due to years of disrepair, the details are definitely not satisfactory. The room is large enough, the flow is reasonable, and the bathroom is decorated in white French style, but the shower equipment does not discharge water well, sometimes large and sometimes small, and the shower head is loose, which seems to be poorly maintained. The hotel garden is very quiet, and a casual shot through the arch of the corridor bridge is a unique view. Another highlight is the bread basket and coffee for breakfast. The variety and quality of the bread basket are online, and the coffee is actually a traditional French press coffee. It feels that this French style is firmly grasped. But there is one complaint I still want to remind you of. The three-piece sofa chair set on the hotel balcony is so dirty that I really feel like I can't continue to use it. Rattan furniture is prone to filth and dirt. This one is covered with patina and is so black that you can't even see its original color. I suggest that the hotel replace it anyway, as it really affects the staying experience.

The service staff speaks fluent English and is very warm and polite. The location is also quite convenient. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the center. There is a frangipani tree in front of our room, and you can pick up two of them and wear them on your head every day when you go out. The hotel has a small swimming pool and bar. It is two kilometers away from the city. There is a shuttle bus to the night market at night. If you call a taxi during the day, it will cost less than 50,000 kip. The hotel front desk can also help call a tuk tuk. The lady at the front desk also helped us solve the problem that the SIM card we bought could not make calls. Thank you very much.
