Wonderful experience in this hotel. It’s our first time in Lu’an and staying in this hotel made our stay memorable.

Lu’an is a beautiful and peaceful city in Anhui Province. This Soyea hotel is one of the best stay in Lu’an.

The hotel room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and lots of varieties.

The room is very beautiful, clean, comfortable bedding, rich breakfast, great bath water pressure, good, prepared according to five-star standards, compared to this price, the hotel room price is really not high, not the hotel problem but the city development problem! Highlights: 1. In the afternoon, the waiter sent fruit snacks and Tremella soup, the service staff was enthusiastic, the Tremella soup was good in temperature and taste, and the fruit was fresh. I have stayed in many hotels, and such sincere service is rare. 2. Every room attendant on the 17th floor greeted me warmly, and before leaving, he also specifically reminded me to have a safe journey. The hotel housekeeper was attentive. 3. The hotel gym is fully equipped, not inferior to any social gym. 4. There is a dedicated smoking room in the lobby, which is the first time I have seen it in a hotel, innovative! If I have some suggestions: The coffee pot for breakfast is a bit low-grade, and I happened to meet a foreigner who also drank coffee, and I feel that it can be improved. Add English to the menu, because it is all in Chinese, and I happened to meet a Korean guy who wanted noodles. The staff didn't understand, probably because his English was too difficult. My agency showed off the translation and rewarded him with a bowl of noodles. The hotel is very good and I will come here again in the future!

I returned to Shanghai on the fifth day of the Chinese New Year. I booked a hotel temporarily because of the traffic jam on the highway until after 10 pm. I planned to rest for a night before leaving the next day. The weather was hot during the day, over 20 degrees. I originally planned to turn on the air conditioner to cool down, but the central air conditioner only had heating but no cooling, causing the room temperature to get hotter and hotter. No one told me. I asked the general service desk and they said they didn't turn on the cooling in the entire hotel. Changing rooms didn't work. They sent a fan over. I was angry. Such a high room rate but such poor service! Bad review!!! I have never heard of a hotel with a central air conditioner that can only heat but not cool. I can't even enjoy air conditioning and cooling in a hotel that costs more than 400 yuan a night.

Every time I go back to Lu'an, I stay at Suoyi Hotel. The environment is good, the facilities are complete, and the food is very good. On the night of the first day of the ***** New Year, our family of 12 people ordered a New Year's Eve dinner set meal in the V203 private room. The set meal of 1599 yuan is very rich, with fish, shrimp, beef pot, etc., two words: satisfied 👍. The only flaw is that on that day, we entered the private room for dinner at 18:30, and the official meal was at 19:00. The waiter on duty in the private room was in a hurry to get off work at 20:00, and kept urging us to eat. Have you finished eating? We are going to get off work. We asked, what time do you get off work? The waiter replied: "21:00". We said, 20:30, can we leave after eating? I hope to have a better experience next time I stay. Thank you.

The room was booked in advance during the Spring Festival, and the price did not increase compared to other local hotels. The service was good, and snacks were provided upon check-in. There is a chess and card room on the fourth floor, and the fee is affordable.
