Great location just a short walk from Hollywood Blvd, which made sightseeing easy. The room was generally fine, but we did notice a hair in the soap dish on arrival, and the pillows were thinner than expected. The AC took a bit to stabilize but worked overnight. The area has some graffiti and homelessness, but that’s common in parts of LA. Overall, convenient stay with room for improvement.

Cozy and comfy room. Greats amenities . They have good snack shop and restaurant But if you have a big luggage you are on your own. This is not a full service. But the staff might not smile to you much but they kind to help you

Location is very good, just walking distance to Walk of Fame, malls and restaurants.

Hot tub could have been warmer and the jets didn’t work but other than that was a great stay I would stay again

Parking is chargeable at hotel at US45 which is ridiculous. No shower gel only shampoo. Drinking water is also chargeable which is usually provided free in most hotels even in China. So disappointed

Nice, clean and spacious. Fantastic location however water pressure for shower could be better

Overall it's good, the location is OK, the room is of moderate size, parking is expensive, and tax is added, which is not cost-effective. There is nothing to eat around, and there is basically no service.
