因酒店離政府樓比較近，所以兩次出差都選擇入住酒店2次，第1次開了兩個單人間，第2次開了3個單人間1個雙人間，前台服務員態度很好，熱情禮貌，樓層服務員阿姨熱情禮貌，五分好評點贊給到她們！早餐餐廳服務員態度很一般，早餐很一般應付似的，比長沙同價格類型的酒店早餐差多了！
