Terrible service, Is an extra 5% service charge per night at check-out unreasonable?

The house facilities are old, the shower is inconvenient, and the service is average

I stayed here on the last day of my first trip abroad. Everything about it was wonderful, and I've decided that I'll definitely stay here on my birthday next year (;;) The room was so nice that I almost didn't want to sleep, and I had a comfortable stay. The afternoon tea was also delicious. Thank you so much to all the hotel staff for your warm welcome. The front desk staff in particular were very kind to me, so I hope to see you again next year. It's an irreplaceable memory, and I'm full of gratitude. I'm looking forward to next year!

The environment is very elegant

Although it is an old five-star hotel, it feels incomparable to domestic ones and not worth the price.
