Everything was good, the breakfast was fine, the room clean, and the staff friendly, the only problem was that the room we were in was right to the main street that was a bit noisy with cars passing by.

Wasn’t too bad, my room was clean, fair enough, but the kitchen is not clean at all, couldn’t have breakfast because the kettle was crusted at the bottle, tried to watch it but the crust was just too much. Needs improvements generally

Hotel was in the slum area of London. Cab driver said he wouldn't let his mother stay there. I booked elsewhere. I don't know how you could recommend that place on your web site. I thought you were a reputable organization. NOT NOW

There is no big sign, and the name of the hotel doesn't match the sign, so it's hard to find. The staff are sloppy. The curtain rail was installed so sloppily that it broke when I pulled the curtain to the side. I tried desperately to fix it because I thought they would ask for compensation. The lock was also worn out and didn't lock easily, so I felt uneasy. I planned to stay for 2 nights, but I got fed up and decided to only stay for 1 night. You should never use this place.

The environment is quiet enough, the service attitude is good, the price is expensive, and they include breakfast... It is worth the money. I stayed in this hotel for the second time. Some people said that it is far away, and I am far away. You can go to the purple line (Elizabeth line) From Canary Wharf, take D8 at the gate of HSBC and you will arrive there, or take ALDGATE EAST STATION and transfer to 205 and take a few stops to arrive....

I might consider it next time I go.
