Helpful and courteous staff. Allowed me to store my baggage in hotel before check-in time, and after checking-out. Great location for restaurants, attractions, transport and provisions shopping. It has a small lift, accommodating one person with luggage at a time. The mattress is old - could feel the wires inside. The shower needs attention the water pressure and the temperatures can be wonky. Overall a pleasant stay

The room was so small and old, not be able to seat at the desk. The shower is not clean and old, the shower door can not close properly. The pillows are so flat. Good location, staffs are friendly, room has hair dryer.

The room is very Dior. The bedsheets are not clean and have hair. There is no shower gel or shampoo. There is no toothbrush. The small suitcase in the room cannot be opened. It is convenient to the subway station.
