Atour Hotel Chengdu Chunxi Road Reviews

Very disappointing! I booked the Jimu Twin Room for four nights, and I had always assumed it was the version with the round table. However, it turned out to be just a standard room. There was no way to choose the round-table version on Trip.com — incredibly frustrating and misleading. I didn’t pay that much money just to be disappointed. Fortunately, they agreed to change the room the next day. The front desk staff delivered a fruit platter almost every day, but for the last two days, we received nothing — not even leftovers. To make things worse, the night after we changed rooms, the TV remote stopped working completely. We couldn’t turn off the TV or the screen light, and it kept us up all night because of the harsh glare. The air-conditioning was also seriously underpowered. On top of that, packages delivered to the front desk are not sent up to the room. We had already informed the front desk via WeChat, and the message was clearly read, but they didn’t respond at all. We still had to go all the way to the front desk ourselves to inform them again before they gave us the package. What’s the point of using WeChat, then? I will not choose this hotel again. Very disappointed!

A very good and excellent service , this is my second time here. The room is exactly the same in the picture. The room is quite clean and has enough space for friends. I like staffs here, they are so nice and helpful.

It is a good choice of hotel that has a good room size and conveniently located near Second General Hospital metro station that has both lines 3 & 4 , to the left and IFS and Chunxi Road to the right. There are many Atour Hotels nearby but this one is more spacious , free from traffic noise and yet housed near authentic local food shops next to a school and media offices. Staff is friendly and helpful. So, overall, a good recommendation for travellers to Chengdu!

I really like staying at this hotel, the location is very close to the crowd center, just walking, finding food is also easy, it's best to stay here, the staff are all very helpful and friendly, there are also robots that can deliver orders to the front of the room, I will definitely come back here if I go to chengdu, thank you atour

Location: near chunxi pedestrian shopping area Room: spacious enough and clean Meal: Breakfast has wide spread and also provided free supper every night. Service: Rated 4/5 as we preferred the night time check in staff to be more thoughtful to remind us that we can go for the hotel supper since we check in late at 9pm. We only have simple dinner as we took the evening train from JZG. Amenities: Free self service laundry room This is our 1st time staying in Atour chain hotel and will still consider to stay in their hotel when traveling to China.

Hotel is located on 春熙路. It’s quite convenient. Hotel staff were nice too. They helped me with mailing my stuff to Shanghai. Quite helpful. If you needed help, you can ask them.

Strategic location, friendly services, best laundry services with dry cleaning, and free supper. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel with professional staff at affordable rate

There is 3 Atour hotel within range of 2km so please make sure you got the full address before hop on the cab. Their laundry service is free, and got extra detergent and anti bacterial to use. The hotel only got 1 working lift due to construction reason and they got mini robot help to deliver food and stuff, so convenient so advanced, good job China
