It was a good experience with friends. The hotel location is very accessible to shopping malls and restaurants. If you're a night life party goer this is very convenient. Walking distance to Smallville.

Clean hotel that is located at the center of iloilo city. Near S&R, Atria, smallville, plazuela, and SM. Bars and restaurants are nearby. Would recommend this budget friendly hotel

This is my third stay at Hop Inn Iloilo, and it’s always been a comfortable experience. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. When I requested a room change due to low Wi-Fi connectivity in my first room, the front desk officer was more than happy to assist and moved me to a room with better signal. It’s a great option if you’re just looking for a place to rest after a long, tiring day.

They should provide free dental kit. A pitcher would also be appreciated for the convenience of the guests.

Good for budget stays, as the room is complete and clean and is in a good location. However, expect no soundproofing from outside noise. The hotel is in a busy commercial area surrounded by clubs and bars blaring music over the weekend, so sleeping was challenging. Hotel does not provide earplugs, so better bring one.

Accord to price I expected water boiler, fridge, but nothing. Nice new place but no amenities. Bo's coffee is close, but no cold drinks. Actually expected more.

We can hear alot of noises which disrupts our sleep during the night..constant loud banging of doors and staff talk too loud in the corridors and when doing room services

The staff are very friendly and accomodating.The security guards are very helpful and respectful.Over all stay in the hotel was excellent.

Great accommodation, though we didn't have guest amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste as what was stated in their hotel details. Yet, we had a great stay. Excellent staff service.
