clean , convenient as just 2 minutes walk from St. Pancras station. but shower curb is tiny and no air condition. so far , staffs are very helpful and will consider to come back again in next visit to UK.

Great location! Just 5 mins walk to the St Pancras station and King’s Cross station. Many pubs, restaurants and cafes are nearby. Even though the room is small but have everything we need. Very comfortable! Friendly and helpful staff. But the internet WiFi speed need to be improved. Too slow now.

First time in London and it is a very convenient place for transport to Paris which it’s my next stop. The area has pretty much everything, restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores just a block away. We took metro to Oxford street and Regent street then took the bus back. Only the room here is small I guess because it’s right in the city …… also try to grab coffee in the morning but the machine is out of order and they don’t have people fixed it….. otherwise this is a nice place to stay in.

The location of the hotel is excellent. If you want to take Mars or Eurostar, you can walk there in about 5 minutes. This is also the reason why I chose this hotel. It's basically a hotel, so don't judge it by hotel standards. There's hot water for showering, a hair dryer, a fan, and a kettle. There's no air conditioning, no refrigerator, and no bottled water. There is no elevator in the hotel. The staff are very nice and will help you carry your luggage to the room. They will also help you carry your luggage downstairs when staying in the hotel. The worst experience was that I chose to pay in store and the price was more expensive than prepaying online. I booked 8 months in advance and booked the hotel for 2-3 days. I just charged the entire amount to my credit card instead of holding the credit limit. Neither trip.com nor trip.com could solve the problem, so I paid a higher price for no reason. This was the worst part of the whole experience.

Staff service is very good. However, the room facilities are insufficient. There is only a fan but it cannot blow throughout the room. There is no refrigerator.

Very close to King's Cross train station, convenient transportation, but it is really small and in the basement. The bed is also very narrow.

Probably because of the location, the room is small, and the price/performance ratio is poor. The front desk and the room are located in two places, similar to a building with different units. In short, I will not choose this hotel again in the future
