This hotel location is good, is 10 minutes walk to paddington station. FYI : From Heathrow airport. If you take express train only one stop and is less than 25 minutes reach Paddington Station . The room that I stay is quite small but is manageable. After all is only two nights stay for me. Lots of restaurant is only less than 7minutes walk. 

My second time staying with the team. I travelled alone for the first time, this time with my family. Still a good hotel with good service

The hotel is very conveniently located by the Paddington Station. Clean and neat but the air conditioning is a bit weak. Otherwise a decent enough stay for solo traveller like yours truly.

It's about 5 minutes from Paddington Station, there's a pub nearby where you can watch football, the staff are friendly and the room was clean! I didn't need a lot of space so it was perfect, but if you do, I recommend booking a more expensive hotel! Thank you!

The room was not as big as expected! But it was clean and quiet!

It was very close to Paddington and in front of a beautiful street, so it was in a very good location. The room was small but enough for a one-night stay, and the room was very clean (I thought the interior was new). However, the room was in the basement (!), so it was very dark. It also faced the outside? courtyard? instead of the inner corridor, and the window was visible from other rooms unless the curtains were closed, and even with the curtains closed, light leaked in through the gaps, so it was obvious that I was in the room from outside, which made me feel very uneasy as a woman staying alone. I'm not sure if I'll stay there again, but depending on the room, it could be a good hotel.

It's easy to get in and out but the room is super small, so you should consider it carefully if you have large luggage. If you are considering going to other places where you need to take a train, pick one of the options. But there are many similar hotels nearby. The front desk is polite and you need to use your room card to ensure safety when entering or exiting the door at night. Breakfast is a simple continental breakfast, with plenty of choices at a glance.
