Hilton London Tower Bridge Reviews

I am from Singapore, the little red dot I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel with very good services especially this lady by the name, Alexandra, who works in the hotel and she is good in her servicing to all customers and really enjoyed the ambience and music played. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all of my friends coming to London stay.

The location is very convenient and just opposite the London bridge station. With in walking distance , u can enjoy the magnificent view of London tower bridge

As usual, exceptional! Right next to London Bridge station, so handy for transport to and from airports and tube (subway). Friendly and helpful staff, excellent room, and even free hot chocolate at reception as a Christmas treat!

Amazing stay in Hilton London Tower Bridge. Excellent location near Tower Bridge/ The Shard, well- taken care of a very polite, pleasant ,very considerate and professional  service from Ivy at the reception who upgraded our booking with complimentary breakfast/drinks after realising we are celebrating an occasion. Will definitely recommend and book again.

Staff were friendly and rooms where spacious and clean

I often stay at Hilton hotels in each country specially Europe Side. I'm leaving a review by experiencing something I haven't experienced at Hilton until now. I made a reservation by advance payment one month before the scheduled date of stay. 1. Around 7 p.m. I tried to check in at the hotel -＞ receptionist told me that it was difficult to proceed with the scheduled check-in because Trip.com did not send hotel the payment amount. -＞ We are assigned a scheduled room by making personal payments again for check-in. -＞ The receptionist said that this happens frequently at Trip.Com. -＞ At check-in, the staff in charge and the staff in charge say the same thing at check-out. 2. Stayed in Room 317. -＞ Lack of amenity (hand towels, disposable slippers, etc) -＞ There is a gap between the glass shower partitions and water leaks out, causing water to accumulate on the floor of the shower room. -＞ The hair dryer power source and the voltage connection in the shower room do not match, so We use the hair dryer by connecting the power source near the TV. 3. Breakfast -＞ go to eat at 7:30 in the morning. -＞ Overall, the quality is good. -＞ I was impressed that the hall serving staff was really nice. -＞ The attitude of the chef in charge of the omelette left a bad impression on many customers. (The plate of the finished food(cook:omelette is not handed over directly, but pushed or tapped by hand to the customer.) 4. The room cleaning staff are really friendly and kind. I've never experienced anything like this while using Hilton, so I think they need improvement service, so I leave a review. I was going to stay additionally because of the good location of the hotel, but due to the bad impression of the hotel, We booked another Hilton hotel and rescheduled it. If Trip.com and Hilton are constantly experiencing this problem, I hope they can solve this quickly for other customers.

Strongly recommended - The location is fantastic, opposite London Bridge Train Station & 2-minute walk; Tower Bridge is right at the back. The Shard is nearby; Borough Market too is within the walk of +/-5 minute. The room is clean, fresh linens with complimentary bottled waters.

Good service. The receptionist(Shaz) is very friendly.

This property is excellent for SERVICE, excepetional staff , especially in the Executive Lounge, Victoria is the ultimate in professional with a sincere lovely personalitywith great suggestions of what to do in London and excellent knowledge of all the wonderful food in the lounge

First time travel to London. This hotel is of great location and service.
