Room is comfortable and nicely equipped. Note there is no minibar for the standard room. Cleanliness of cups and utensils was OK, but the norm for the UK

The location is close to the Underground and the transportation is convenient. The room is clean and the environment is quiet.

I caught an early flight to Venice. It was a great choice for an airport hotel. I arrived late and left early. I couldn’t provide any comments on the environment. It was just that the transportation was convenient. No complaints. The price-performance ratio was okay.

Hotel location is convenient, shopping is easy and convenient!

Decent sized room, clean, good shower, excellent eat-as-much-as-you-like cooked breakfast buffet. I was amazed at how cheap the price of a double with breakfast was, but I guess it’s a long way from central London and it was low season. The noise of planes going overhead was the only thing that annoyed us but we’re country folk and I guess you have to accept that if you stay anywhere near Heathrow.

The staff takes the Premier Inn from "budget hotel - does what it says on the tin" and elevates it to such a lovely, welcoming and relaxing stay. I stay at Ealing Broadway Premier Inn in London fairly regularly, and the rooms are always super clean, the bed freshly and neatly made - you know what you get when you book a Premier Inn room :) But it's the staff... Even when it's a fully booked night and they're busy, it's raining and traffic is a mess, they are smiling, polite, welcoming and just a joy. Nothing is "too much" - I've had small problems like lack of towels or no wifi solved immediately and efficiently in the past. Lakshmi at the Premier Inn at Ealing Broadway has been on shift for my last 3 visits and whatever you're paying her, give her a raise! She is so nice and efficient and a true asset to you. Today is no different -- and I already checked: She's on shift again when I'm staying again for work & meetings Sun-Monday later this week. Hurray!

Hotel was clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, convenient parking under the hotel and good location. Ealing Broadway station was just an easy 10 minute walk away, Ealing itself having plenty of shops and places to eat right on the hotels doorstep.

This nicely refurbished hotel is close walking distance to Ealing Broadway Station and to the Ealing town centre. The rooms are very clean, comfortable THE WINDOWS WILL OPEN !!!!! which I really like. The staff here go the extra mile to make our stay perfect. Everyone was wonderful and especially Lakshmi on reception , a perfect host. I recommend this hotel

To keep this review short and sweet I will say this hotel is standard what you would expect from premier inn. Nice and comfy rooms. Reliable hotels at valuable rate and also option to have an upgraded room at again good value. The one thing that does stand out about this hotel is the service unlike any other premier inn I have stayed at. Staff are engaging and ask how everything is. Breakfast is a delight with sharif as host. Always asking how everything is and if anything else is needed.

This appears to be a newish Premier Inn. Small car park, but I managed to park by arriving 1hr before check in. Daily charge is £10. Mix up on booking, as booked 2 x premier plus rooms, but had to cancel 1 and it defaulted to standard, but this room was still pleasant and fit for purpose of stay. Modern but plain decor. Staff all very frendly. Room clean with comfy bed. Breakfat had ample choice and was great, as always. Location birllaint as very quick walk to local shops and Ealing Broadway station, which is 15 mins on Elizabeth line to Tottenham Court Road. Will happily stop here again if visiting London.

I used to stay here all the time for work and hadn't been for a while New refurb is great and staff still as friendly as ever - the breakfast staff particularly friendly shout out to Fatima, Melissa, Sharif and Lak (sorry didn't catch her name badge) starting the morning off with a friendly smile and a chat

very comfortable rooms and nice breakfast fatima was very polite helpful and pleasant at breakfast the hotel is in good location to tube stations for all destinations of london very reasonable priced and on site parking all staff very pleasant

I stayed at Premier Inn Ealing for a week Mezra from housekeeping was amazing! She went out of her way to get me water when I needed it, which was such a thoughtful gesture. On top of that, she helped me with my bags during checkout, which made things so much easier. She was always super friendly, respectful, and just a genuinely kind person. It’s not every day you come across someone who cares so much about making your stay better. Big thanks to Mezra for being awesome!
