Holiday Inn London - West Reviews

Stay was lovely! It was quiet, clean and all around pleasant would recommend for short or long stays in london. Super easy to get to the city centre :)

I was greeted warmly and was also informed that I was upgraded which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious and clean and the note in my room informed me of my member perks which was a late check out which I was also able to take advantage of. Overall, I was able to enjoy the location with the shopping centre a few stops away and also work in peace. These small upgrades really just made my day better and helped me plan my days.

Only 5 mins away from North Action Station. Great services, nice room and the breakfast is good. A new Chinese supermarket nearby, but could find any restaurants around. There is a huge shopping mall, Westfield, in Whitecity, which is just two stations away. Price paid is good value for money 😉

This hotel is **** Key Card is not working for 3-4 times after a long exhausted day and keep on need to renew my key card Clean up my room but not the whole room properly , not to mentioned even lost my own brought pillow case Will never come back again ever

The hotel has the convenient transportation, clean rooms,and friendly staff. I will choose it for next travel.

The hotel was amazing it had very nice staff and the rooms were very clean and tidy with a decent view from the window :) the room service was amazing the bed was very comfy and relaxing 10/10

Bit far out of London centre look near to Wembley on map but takes about 50 mins on tubes to get there. Everything clean and breakfast was good

It's exactly what I expected from location to service. Stayed here few times and its nice to know they keep up with luxury thier standards

Room is really too small for a Family of 4. No space to open our luggages. Easy to access for tube station. Nice to have either Sainsbury and Tesco nearby.
