Beech Mount Hotel - Free Parking Reviews

We were staying at Beech Mount Hotel for one night for the football game the following day. The hotel has an excellent location. Will stay there again on my next trip to Liverpool.

Decent bed & breakfast place. Very basic, but neat. Not recommended for families though.

My twin room is two people Honestly, the hotel is very bad, starting from our arrival we were carrying 3 large bags and when we entered they asked us for a 50 pound deposit, knowing that I was staying at a Holiday Inn in London and they did not take a deposit and they are better than them, not only that.. after I paid the amount there is no electric elevator and there is no service to deliver bags to the rooms despite our fatigue and carrying our bags throughout the trip,,, no one helped us to carry our bags to our room Second: The room was cold and after we turned on the heating it was good in this regard, the pictures on the site are completely different from the reality from the technical aspect of the pictures we did not find an arrangement worth praising, there are clean towels and every day they are changed, there is a coffee corner knowing that we stayed 5 nights and the cups were not changed or new coffee was added to us, meaning one coffee for 5 days 🙄 Third: Cleanliness I rate it according to individuals and is not suitable at all for families 2/5 Knowing that there are strange insects coming out of a hole under the left door decor, there are sometimes bad smells coming out of the bathroom, the pouring is a hot right and a cold left, but each one sprays water alone, I suffered a lot with ablution for prayer Fourth: Privacy: There is no privacy from the inside and outside (the sounds are audible and the bathroom is also not allowed to enter it and there is a person with you in the room with a very loud voice and a scandal) As for the external sounds, the walls are thin and you can hear any conversation next to your room, knowing that privacy is zero, there are couples and we hear disturbances throughout the night Fifth: Breakfast Breakfast consists of baked goods and for me personally I did not like it as if it was stored and there is a strange taste in some of them Sixth and finally: I checked out and requested the security deposit and they told me that it would be returned to me after 10 days, knowing that when I checked in I asked them to take cash from me to quickly recover the security deposit, but they refused They said it needs a bank card, I feel like they want to take it, I don't really know It was a very failed experience and worse than expected, knowing that they can be the best, but the management is very bad, and I hope they improve on that and pay attention to the comments above

The water pressure in the toilet is not enough, only hot water Just this little shortcoming The facilities and environment are very good, totally worth the money There is billiards downstairs to play, 1 pound per game Staff are very friendly
