The staff were very polite and helpful. This hotel is also very near the train station with lots of buses to take you around the city. Breakfast is also great.

In the bedroom there was a smell of cigarette smoke and the bedroom floor was dirty.

Reception extremely helpful. It was raining outside when we wanted to go sightseeing. Reception take to effort to set itenery for the day visit. Even call a taxi for us . Go walkout from hotel to the main road to direct the taxi in while it is raining . Explain to the taxi driver where to drop us. Fantastic effort by the receptionist

They offered us an upgraded room for free, that was very nice. The new building is gorgeous, beds and bathrooms are huge and clean. The staff kindly asked me in the morning if cleaning is needed, and they even replaced the mineral water when they completed the cleaning. A good place to stay for a foreigner traveling with passport.

There is a Bauhinia tree outside the hotel but it's a pity it hasn't bloomed yet~ The hotel is a blend of old and new, the rooms have been renovated but some of the equipment has been damaged.

As soon as I checked into the hotel and was about to go out, I was locked in the room. I called the front desk from the hotel landline, but no one answered. I ended up searching the hotel's phone number online and calling them from a private number. When I was about to go to sleep at night, there was some dirt on the bed as soon as I lifted the quilt. The toilet lid was also broken. When I took a shower, the floor drain was bad and the water couldn't flow, so the whole toilet was full of water. We didn't notify the front desk that the room needed cleaning before we went out, but when we came back, we found that everything in the room had been replaced with new ones and had been touched.

The lady at the front desk who checked in the room seemed to be unhappy throughout the whole process. Her attitude was as if I owed her money. I am really sorry. My normal process of checking in the room may have offended you. I don't deserve such a mean service from you. The two points for service are because the front desk was smiling when checking out, otherwise I don't want to give any points. I went there with expectations and feelings for the old Samsung. The room was generally okay. There was a musty smell and the curtains were light-transmitting. These were not big problems. The service was really a deduction.

The hotel has convenient parking and a large parking lot. The hotel is close to the train station and not far from the Five Star Pedestrian Street. The rooms are relatively large, clean and tidy. The front desk service is good.

I stay in this hotel every time I go to Liuzhou. It is very close to the railway station and bus station, next to the snack street and vegetable market. The waiters are very enthusiastic, the venue is large and convenient for parking. The front building is being renovated, and I hope the pavement of the square can also be renovated.

The room is average, the facilities are old, maybe it's because the hotel is old! Mainly, I can receive special service photos every day, which means that strangers can come and go at will, near the train station!
