Manager 董 is very friendly and professional. He served us on 28th Feb 2025 around 11pl. While we arrived, the guard never help us to carry the luggage which normally 5 star hotel will do, he just looks at us. That is why I deduct 1 star for the service. Luckily, the manager and other stuff from other shift are professional enough to know where the standard should be. Overall room is nice, amenity is nice, location is a bit outskirt but that is the reason we choose for the quietness.
