The service at European hotels is a far cry from what you'd find in Asia. Several front desk staff were busy chatting amongst themselves, completely ignoring guests. The check-in process was handled with a very indifferent attitude. We were given two rooms, both on the first floor, and they looked reasonably clean. However, at night, cockroaches started appearing. We contacted the front desk, but they said the hotel was fully booked and we couldn't change rooms. I couldn't sleep due to fear, and more cockroaches appeared in the middle of the night, leading to a restless night. The next day at check-out, we didn't even receive a basic polite greeting. We had no choice but to email our company with photos to complain. Fortunately, our company took the complaint seriously, responded quickly and graciously, and waived one night's room fee. It just goes to show how poor the service mindset of staff in Europe is.
I was constantly on alert when coming and going, due to fear of theft. I observed the Black housekeeper responsible for our area standing by her service cart in the hallway for extended periods, doing absolutely no work. I initially even mistook her for a thief. We only received bottled water on the day of check-in, despite staying for three days. On the last night, we returned late, and the supermarket was already closed. We explained the situation to the front desk and asked for a bottle of water, but were refused. They claimed there was water available for guests in a bottle at the front desk, but when I tasted it, it was unmistakably tap water, which I found unpalatable. My overall experience with the accommodation was poor.

10 minutes walk to the metro station. However, only 10 minutes to the airport through metro. The room is clean but near the train station ( a bit noisy).

The hotel is renewed....
Service of staff really sucks....no cheerful, no friendship, no welcome and no hospitality at all....specially the black woman in reception.
And we had the huge blackout during the stay...of course I don't blame anyone. It is only an accident... but the staff is really unprofessional.
Anyway... Considering the price....u can not ask anymore in Lisbon.

The location is really great.
However, there are stubborn stains on the bed sheets and a lot of mold on the curtains. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, but it looks worn as it has been a long time since it has been used.

Location, 6 metro stops to central. Metro station is 300m away, close enough.
Parking is 12Eur a day, unlimited in and out. Super
We booked an executive suite, with is huge.
The only complain is the bathroom
1.the designer needs to be fired
2.the tap for bidet, the ass cleaner, is 90 degree pointing downward, in fact is the same tap use for hand washing... Who has an ******* facing outward?
3. The bathtub is high, with a slope, and super slippery, luckily there is a handle, wonder anyone fell and injured in the bathtub.
4. The bathtub comes with a clear glass facing the bed outside, and the curtains is outside.. If you have a sexy partner, that would be a good design, for families... Hmm.
5. The washing basin is took high, wrong product
Please fire the bathroom designer.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Lisbon! The service was excellent—staff were friendly and always ready to help. The amenities were top-notch and very clean, making our stay super comfortable. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting with friends!

The hotel is well located. But the power points in the room were not well located. At the table, the socket was below the table top level. At left side of bed, socket was along wall parallel to bed, instead of beside bed head. The provide slippers, but it's tucked into the bathrobes placed on the top most shelf, easy to overlook, mentioning this for benefit of fellow guests. Where the wall hairdryer should be, there was just a big loose screw and some glue remnants. Reported to Reception, they said they know about that, it is pending restoration, meanwhile they have other hairdryer...I can come down to Reception to get it if I want. I'm thinking, this is not an ”extra” request, they gave me a room missing something, shouldn't they offer to bring it up to my room instead? Because of this attitude, I didn't bother to inform them the light in the bathroom was not working.
VIP Executive Entrecampos hotel is a good choice when traveling to Lisbon. The room was good and clean. Ther breakfast was very good. There is a good variety of choices. There a few suggestions to improve the quality of the stay for possible guests. 1. The rooms need to have an upgrade. There are few details that could annoy or be hazardous. The rugs in the rooms by the bed block the fridge doors and make difficult to open them. 2. The same rugs could cause tripping particularly when traveling with older people. In my case I was traveling with my mother and she tripped once but I was near her. 3. The hotel needs maintenance and a serious remodeling. One of my high points was the pool, steam room and sauna. They were fantastic. I also loved the piano in the lobby. Overall, this place is a good choice when visiting Lisbon. Thank you for the great service
