I don’t think the hotel should have 4 stars, the room is very uncomfortable the bed is very small for a couple, the services in the room is so poor!! The floor was with a lot of noise specially for family with a small baby is very noisy! The AC in the room wasn’t working and when I call the reception they said to open the window to get the room refreshed, imagine you open the window a lot of yyynoise from outside which not allowed you to sleep besides we have our daughter which was almost impossible for her to sleep because of the noise coming from outside and the room was hot!! Was a terrible experience for one night… I can’t indicate that hotel!!

There are hot water bottles, paper towels, and disposable slippers. It is a few minutes' walk from the subway station and the road is flat. The hotel lobby and breakfast area are very small. The earliest breakfast time is 7 o'clock, and we could only book a meal at 7:30 when we checked in. We were in a hurry to leave on the day of departure, so we booked a meal at 7 o'clock, not even a minute earlier.

This hotel is right next to Augusta Square in the center of Lisbon, and is a 3-minute walk from Paco Metro Station. The transportation is very convenient. There is a famous commercial street in Lisbon nearby, with many shops and restaurants. The room is spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities. The hotel service is warm and helpful. I need to go to the airport to catch a flight at 4 o'clock in the morning. The front desk waitress enthusiastically helped me contact a taxi. The service was very good. The room rate is more than 700 yuan per day. Under the current situation, this room rate is a good choice for traveling in Europe.

As my flight was cancelled, I immediately informed the hotel. We received approval that our stay would be delayed for one day. The next day I checked in and went to my room to find that the room I had rented had been downgraded. When we told the reception, the room we had reserved was no longer available. It said it was a system error, but I was supposed to contact you via email, but I don't know why this is happening. I don't understand. Since we did not include breakfast, we were told that breakfast would be provided, so we were not charged for the first day. You will be charged for the second day, and when you tell the receptionist, I was told that breakfast was only for one day. When they told me they would provide the service, they didn't say it would only be for one day, and I was disappointed that they were so stingy that they wouldn't give me the 3-day stay after my room was downgraded. Did you pay for breakfast on the second day? only asked I thought it was obvious, but after saying ``YES'', nothing was said. This was a very unpleasant hotel service because there was a system error even though I contacted them. The receptionist didn't seem to be disappointed either.

Good service, good location, small room

The room is very small, the hygiene is average, and the service is poor. It seems like I owe the front desk money. I also need a deposit for the minibar.
