I had a comfortable stay here - the room I had was extremely spacious, cosy and clean. The location isn't too bad as well, within a short walk to shopping malls, eateries and parks. However, the breakfast provided is quite basic so don't expect too much and the hotel was quite busy when I stayed there so the staff at the reception was often quite occupied so I definitely had to be a little more patient with any requests.

One of the best hotels in the area, the coffee machine and the free coffee capsules in the room are a magical touch. Will for sure stay again whenever visiting

The hotel was generally clean. There were two supermarkets round the corner and food, drinks and daily necessities were readily available. The room was good for two people but not spacious enough. We tried the hotel breakfast. Food variety was just average and the restaurant staff was nice. Generally, it was a comfortable place to stay.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was satisfactory. The location is a highlight, conveniently within walking distance of the metro station, making it easy to explore the city ((although it is even more convenient to call bolt and we mainly did that).The service was extraordinary—staff went above and beyond to assist with receiving a parcel for us, and their helpfulness truly stood out. However, we were disappointed to spot ants in our room, which affected our experience. Additionally, the absence of a gym was noticeable, and adding one would elevate the hotel’s appeal. Despite these issues, the excellent service and great location make it a decent choice for travelers.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Room was clean and we were happy with the location. Breakfast was good. A great stay.

great room, nears 2 metro stations and Edward VII garden, a supermarket at next door which also selling hot food and cafe, 'cote en ingles' department store in walking distance, highly recommended!

location is good, it closed to a few the metro stations. Easy to took Uber €5 to anywhere, airport just 30mins away. Room is clean and spacious too

The hotel is clean, the receptionist is nice and offer us early check-in while waiting at the lobby. The room is bright and clean. It smell nice, will recommend to other friends and relatives to live in when travelling to Lisbon.

Very convenient location approximately 15 minutes walk from the downtown Avenida da Liberdade shopping street, Rossio Square and Chiado. 2 supermarkets beside the hotel. My room, 423, what's nice and quiet with opening windows and views across neighboring rooftops to the distant city skyline and the sea. In this age of environmental consciousness, it is strange to see all bed and bath linen changed daily even though I hung up my towel. Staff for uniformly friendly and helpful. Small and overly soft pillows could be improved by offering guests firmer alternatives. Excellent value overall.

Everything that I had experienced is good, except for the transportation. You have to buy a card (and top up) or prepare the coins : cash etc. to pay to the driver., while nowadays contactless payments by bank cards is widely used in many countries.

Good location and easily assessable to most of the attractions and near to Metro station. Serve very delicious breakfast

While the location is very good , the hotel has small rooms, the prices are too high for food, drinks and laundry. The staff is friendly

The hotel looks very luxurious and nice. Amenities are good, provide personal coffee machine in the room as well. Would recommend staying here. Even though not located in the city centre can just walk 5 minutes to metro Parque station. There is also a grocery market next to the hotel.
