Everything and everyone was first class. Friendly, clean, great location - superb breakfast. Could have used a coffee maker in the room instead of instant coffee packets and a kettle.

Excellent location. Right next to the metro station. 20+ minutes to the airport.

Hotel staff was extremely helpful with directions and meeting my wife’s and my requests. The room was excellent and the breakfast buffet was outstanding!

Coldest welcome i've ever received for checkin. Concierge more helpful and he parked our car into hotel garage. Overnite parking is 15 euros per day. Good breakfast..5 kin walk to metro station. Beds comfortable but windows are not sound proof- woken by ambulance/ police siren twice

Extremely bad service, we have reserved a room for 2 people but the receptionist insisted that we only reserved a room for a single person, even though we have double confirmed with the trip com that we have really booked a room for 2 people. The reception charged us for 12 euro and wasted us 2 hours! And thus delayed our trip and we cannot have enough time to travel around the city . We puzzled why the receptionist only keep saying that it's the duty of the reservation department but none of her business, she didn't confirm with her colleagues as well 😕. Although finally trip com said that they will contact the hotel and will refund to us if it's their fault, no one compensated us for the travelling time lost nor the trip.com or the hotel

Good hotel with very good location.

This was an amazing hotel in Lisbon. Clean, well located and the staff super nice and willing to help. My experience in Portugal was awesome in a big part because of this hotel. Totally recommended!

Great value for money

1. When I asked online if there was a shuttle service, there was no response. It was difficult to find the exit when going from Santa Apolonia Train Station to Marques Pombal Station, but the hotel was 2-3 minutes away after exiting. 2. The breakfast buffet was 12 euros, which was cheaper than other hotels, and the composition was appropriate. The fruits, such as watermelon and pineapple, were fresh. Good value for money. 3. Water was not provided, and there was no supermarket nearby, so I drank water from the refrigerator. A 330ml bottle was 2.75 euros. The next day, 500ml was 0.69 euros at the supermarket.

Clean and comfortable, the space is not small, it is convenient to pack luggage, the bed is soft and hard, the hotel is in a good location and convenient transportation

It is a modern hotel, with very clean facilities and rooms. The service at reception was very friendly. Perhaps the only observation I have is that the breakfast is poor and there are few alternatives to choose from.

Very well located hotel. Very good room, reception and staff were super helpful and friendly. Very good breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent. I was generally satisfied with the breakfast, which was similar to a Portuguese breakfast. However, the walls were not very thick, which was a bit of a concern. There were not many amenities.

We had a good stay in this hotel with breakfast option which is really nice.
