Good location, very easy to reach by metro. The room is a bit small.

It’s an average hotel to stay .. it’s in city center but it has no parking so for People who have cars they have to parked their car at Parking garage so it’s expensive

Though it's getting a little old this hotel is in a great position, staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is adequate and tasty

The location was quite good, and it was within walking distance to everywhere. However, the front desk service was the worst. It was the best experience I've ever had. The amount I paid on site was 4€, but for some reason the amount on the receipt was 0€, not 8€. I also booked a superior twin room, but was assigned a lower-ranked room, which was terrible. I don't think I'll stay there again.

The location was great. However, there was hair lying around, the bathroom door didn't close all the way so there was a toilet smell, there was no tissue paper (I asked the front desk and they said they didn't provide tissue in the first place), and cleaning supplies were just lying around in the hallway, so it felt like the place was generally sloppy.

The location is very good, very close to Rossio Square, convenient for travel, the hotel front desk is serious and responsible, the room is clean, it is convenient to eat around, there is an elevator, which is convenient for the elderly and people with a lot of luggage.

I was worried after reading the reviews, but there was no smell, breakfast was edible, and the location was good, so it seemed like a good value for money, but I wonder why the reviews are like this... I guess I was lucky.

Very central location but quiet street, convenient check in and check out at 12, close to all types of public transport

The hotel is in an excellent location a short distance from the Castle of San Giorgio and well connected by public transport. The metro stop is very close. The room was not very big but clean. The only flaw was a few more shelves in the bathroom.

The location is excellent and it is convenient to shop. The breakfast is also delicious.

Apart from the location, everything else is bad. I stayed in Spain and Portugal all the way, the price is similar, but this one is definitely not worth the price. The facilities are old, the room corridor is dirty and smelly, and the front desk service is very poor. Everyone should avoid it.

The hotel is located next to Lisbon's Rossio Train Station, Rossio Metro Station and Restauradores Metro Station, with a very strategic location
