The hotel is in a very nice location as you have the beach, pier with lighthouse and boat harbour right on your door step. The room was clean and modern with good aircon. Good selection for breakfast items. Three swimming pools to choose from with loungers . The hotel could do with focusing on attention to detail and customer service to reach their stated 5 star rating. However the Overall the experience was good.

The hotel is a really good option to have a relaxing time and avoiding the crowded places like in Sanya. Here is simply great. Only I suggest that the second pool to be open and allow the people to swim in the beach. Apart of that is simply great. Thanks for all the great service

Beautiful stunning villa ,we originally booked for 1 night , ended up 3 nights . Front desk were super helpful and friendly . The quality of breakfast was average considering the price of the room and overall hotel standard . The hotel restaurant food was overpriced and overcooked fish , very disappointed. My partner and I wanted a coffee in the evening , we had to wait for the restaurant to open to buy one , these are the additional details of a hotel service that I expected to be part of our stay , as the hotel sells itself on a luxury standard. Small details makes all the difference and does not cost much , overall beautiful place , fantastic location, great front desk staff

Elena's assistance went beyond the usual. She helped us with translations, speaking fluent English, Chinese, and Russian, ensuring that language was never a barrier for us. Her dedication truly shone when she orchestrated a special surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. She arranged for the pianist to play a heartfelt rendition of ”Happy Birthday,” creating a memorable and touching moment that we will cherish forever. It was a very pleasant stay experience. Xiao Xie, the receptionist, knew that I had not had dinner yet, so he warmly gave me snacks and introduced the location of the restaurant in detail. The room is also very spacious and clean, and the balcony has a beautiful view. Restaurant service is excellent. Complete facilities? All in all, the hotel's management deserves praise!

The hotel is in a great location in Lingshui in Qingshui Bay, near a food street with a variety of options. The hotel is a service apartment - each room has a kitchen area including a sink and stove. The rooms are large and include lounging chairs, balcony, separate shower, toilet, and bath tub. Beds are large, slightly hard by western standards, but comfortable. Rooms come with a TV and powerful air conditioner. The balcony offers Seaviews and a washing machine. The beach, a very long stretch of sand, is accessible in less than 5 minutes walk. There is a pool and fitness center on site. Guests are offered free photo shoot by the hotel on the beach, a nice perk. A good, affordable place to stay if traveling the coast of Hainan.

The room was great! The next day, the housekeeper Zi Han added me on WeChat, asked about our needs, and gave us a good upgrade. I was really surprised! I didn't expect the Hyatt Regency at R&F Ocean Paradise Resort to be so great. The room faces the sea and the playground. The Ferris wheel and the train are within sight. Thank you very much for the housekeeper Zi Han's thoughtful service during the stay. Any questions and needs can be answered and solved in a timely and patient manner. This is a very suitable hotel for family travel, and it is very cost-effective. It is located in Lingshui, less than half an hour's drive from Haitang Bay. If you want to stay with your baby for a few more days, this hotel is highly recommended.

Stayed again, and it was as good as before. The lady who checked us in at the lobby was a lady wearing a black uniform and glasses. She was kind and enthusiastic. We booked the 5th floor by the pool and hoped to be arranged on a higher floor. The lady met our wishes. Thank her very much. The hotel has two outdoor swimming pools, which are the best swimming pools I have ever seen. The hotel service is also great. Miss Su Yunyan, the waiter in charge of our floor, is enthusiastic and conscientious. When we complained that the shower water flow in the bathroom was not strong enough, she immediately replaced it for us. The hotel's high-quality service made our trip pleasant and perfect. We will come again!

The hotel was booked on the last day of the Hainan trip. The hotel room was clean and the breakfast was rich in variety. The children especially liked the hotel's swimming pool and had a lot of fun. There were also many activities in the hotel to choose from. We signed up for catching crabs in the evening. I want to give a thumbs up to Auntie Xiao Yang from the Recreation Club. The catching method was explained very clearly. She led us to catch a lot of crabs, including big ones. We also saw beautiful fireworks 🎆 and stars in the sky on the beach. It was an unforgettable experience

Originally going to Wanning, the result was a bit late to go to the duty-free shop. I decided to temporarily decide this hotel in Lingshui Perfume Bay. It will be there in a short time after getting off the highway, and the hotel is very cost-effective. The room is spacious and there is a place to drink tea. The two big and one small bed room is super big and very comfortable. The hotel also has an induction cooker. Health is also very clean.
